Location was excellent,hotel felt secure and safe,lounge was stocked well with beverages and liquor,hotel was overall very quite and modern ,and staff was very friendly and amazing at meeting any and all needs The cost of breakfast(should be included as the cost of the euro was very high and we travelled from Canada )no one offered us a local site seeing map? Very proud at night(but it is downtown) so I guess it was ok

The location was excellent, the hotel clean, modern, spacious and the staff super friendly and helpful. The AC could have been better - we arrived at a very hot day and even after running it for hours the room was only able to cool down to 23 degrees (from 25 when we arrived). The pillows could have been softer and the shower head wasn’t adjustable in height.

A special highlight of our stay was the amazing experience with the concierge Mr. Liwi (hope I got the name right). Mr Liwi was delightful, helpful, cheerful, and managed to track our parcels (which we had shipped to the hotel and no one could locate). Every time we left and returned to the hotel, it was a happy moment to see Mr Liwi and his wonderful smile. He made a real difference in our stay, and we wish him all the best. The location of the hotel is good too. Very centrally located, good walking distance to everything.

Location Very Expensive. No breakfast included in €235 per night room, breakfast extra €30 pp. This is Cologne (Köln) not New York. TV remote not working from 1st night but no response from reception. Discoloured bedlinen, thin worn towels. No slippers. No shower cap. No bathrobes. No minibar. 4 clothes hangers. This was sold as a Superior Deluxe Double room - extremely disappointing.
