The wellness options are one of the reasons to stay here. With only 10€/person we can use the sauna/pool. And the sauna is awesome. They have various saunas like inhalation (with eucalyptus aroma), herbs sauna, meditation sauna, and many more. The location is also great since it is near the main station, bakery, supermarket, and many restaurants. We had some issues in our room like our coffee machine didnt work, but the hotel staff were super kind and fast to react to this issue. We could ask the restaurant for cappuccino/americano in the morning/afternoon. We really like this kind of problem solving. Other than that, the room is spacious, the beds are comfy, and they provide a crib for our daughter.

Spa perfect, a lot of sauna's and pools. 10 euro per person for the whole day, in my opinion very cheap! Breakfast was very good. Enough space in my room One thing, it was very hot in the hotel. The room was 23 degrees and airco was centrally regulated.

Great staff! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The manager Thomas was very kind and accommodating. We had booked a quadruple room for one night for a sister’s getaway, two of us decided to extend our stay an extra night to use the Therme and booked massages. It was very relaxing and a great decision, given that we had done a lot of sight seeing and wanted to relax. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar area with fantastic views. The proximity to the sights was also important to us and it definitely met our expectations!

Location. We had booked the hotel with the pool for the kids. Turns out, it’s mostly a nude facility. So kids weren’t accepted. They charged for access to the pool. We stayed in the Annex side of the hotel, separate from the main entrance to the hotel. Not ideal.

The location is relatively close to Koln center, 2 subway stops to Dom We were in room 406, the shower area leaks through the entire bathroom. It was too small for my husband (185 cm) too. I was able to use the shower without it leaking by detaching the shower head from the holder and aim with it exactly where I need the water. There was also a sewer stench coming from the shower drain. We arrived midnight, and have already settled in the room and discovered about the stench when we showered the next day. As we are checking out the next day.. we did not ask to be transfered to another room, if we are staying longer for sure we would ask to be transferred. Another misconception was about the parking, we were under the impression that the hotel have its own parking - in the middle of the night Hubs had to go to nearest parking area and walk back to the hotel - leaving me on charge with 2 very tired and sleepy kids. The hotel only have 10 parking spaces available in front and its not free - we paid 25 euros when a spot became available on our last day. We were not able to use the wellness facilities due to nudist guests. I hope the hotel could block specific times allowing family with kids who are not comfortable around naked strangers to use the facility as well.

You have to pay extra to access the spa Room was too basic and not really insulated against noise

There was not any aspect of The hotel that we liked I disliked the fact that our room was not in the hotel and we had to walk down dark streets to Get to Our room. We arrived late at night and had got a taxi to the hotel door but we then had to walk down two streets at close to midnight to get to our room. When we got to our room it was nothing like what was advertised and had a very steep stairs in the room. The room advertised was a beautiful room and nothing like what we received. We had a short trip in cologne and were offered a room change the following day but that would not be facilitated until midday which was going to destroy our only full day in cologne. We would never stay in the hotel again.

This hotel was pretty cheap when I booked it. It was in a pretty good area with lots of shops 10 minutes walk away. Excellent transport is very close. There was a pretty good spa area that was €10 per day and you can hire a bathrobe, slippers and a sauna towel which wasn't that much money.. The bathroom was on the small size and smelled a little. The bed was comfy but I found the pillow too high. There were no coffee or tea making facilities and no iron and ironing board but they could be ordered. If you are a bit shy the Therme/spa area is no good for you.

Location That there is an upcharge to actually use the facilities that they advertise!

The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Service from both the waiting staff and the bar was efficient and courteous. We ordered a late night meal, which was well prepared, flavorful, and visually appealing. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were less than satisfactory. The pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. The rooms were not well soundproofed; we could hear footsteps from the room above, conversations and doors opening in the hallway, and even noise from the street late at night, which disturbed our rest around 2 a.m. In addition, certain facilities such as the spa required an extra fee, which was not clearly communicated in the advertisements. Parking also incurred an additional charge, and it would have been appreciated if this had been included in the booking price or made clearer beforehand.

I loved the staff. They were professional and attentive! I enjoyed paying for a massage service on-site. I had a great 90-minute session. I loved the location of the hotel to the main area of Cologne. The room was luxurious! N/A

The offsite parking was terrible and not mentioned in advance. We were not informed that the pool area was fully naked and co-Ed. We did not take our teenage girls into the pool as they were uncomfortable. The lady that checked us in at night was super rude and unhelpful. We felt like we were bothering her which was a disappointing start to our stay. The rest of the staff was great and very friendly and helpful.
