The staff is very friendly and willing to make the guests feel very good. The location is also very good. Just 20 min walk from the downtown The room was not too big, so luggage had not space to be set.

Önceden kahvaltı almadık ama oraya vardığımızda kahvaltı çeşitlerini görünce almaya karar verdik. kişi başı 17,50 euro gibi bir ücreti vardı kahvaltının. bu da iki kişi 2 bin falan ediyordu o günün kuruyla. Gayet doyurucuydu, dışarda uğraşmamış olduk. Oda temizliğini de bebek bezleri vs için günlük talep ettik. Talep ederseniz geliyorlar. Klima da oldukça iyiydi. Serin serin uyuduk. Şehir manzarası istiyorum diye talep etmiştim ve Köln Katedralini tepeden gören bir oda vermişler. 1120 nolu odada kaldık. 4 tane asansör var, kartınızla çalışıyor. Odalar asla sigara kokmuyor. Anlat anlat bitiremedim, yine gelirsek kesinlikle burada kalırız. Hava sıcak olduğu için suları vs koymak için mini buzdolabı güzel olurdu. Buna rağmen resepsiyonun yanındaki bardan buzlu bardak istedik ve hiç sorgusuz verdiler.

The staff were very friendly and spoke both English and German fluently, making communication easy. Overall, considering the price, everything exceeded our expectations. The value for money was simply great

I’m a regular at Premier Inns in various cities and like the consistency. However, my partner was irresponsible and forgot his blouse and pants in the closet. I called the hotel and of course it is central number and AI/machine texted me email address for Köln location to ask if they found his clothes - or not, whatever - and if found, we can pick up clothes (we not very far) or pay to have mailed to us. No response after 2 emails and booking.com messages. Regardless if lost or found, this is not hospitable or acceptable.

The bays in the car park were far too small.

Location is reasonable though a taxi ride from most attractions. Staff were unhelpful and bordering on the rude, we were in a strange city but could get no help as at other locations. The staff were clearly stressed but were totally disinterested in the guests. We were charged €26 euros for a single parking space in which to leave our 4 motorcycles, absolutely outrageous in my opinion. I am not a regular user of this type of hotel, this experience will not change that, I am unlikely ever to use Premier Inn again.

Overall, the room was clean, and they provided fresh towels whenever we asked. However, during the two days we stayed there, the room was not cleaned and the trash bin was not emptied. Also, the toilet smelled very strongly of urine.
