I don't like how i get the key, machine is not working to receive the key by code what I receive in email.

There was no personal at all in the hotel, even if the staff was available on the phone. There was no reception or possibility for a fresh breakfast. It was also very loud, even at night.

There was no curtains for the bath, the amount of wash gel provided is so little.

We were two people in the room, they provided us only with two small packets of wash gel. The room service did not provide other shampoo the next day, we were obliged to economise as much as possible!!!

The contactless check-in was a very pleasant experience. It had everything I needed for a few nights (keep in mind, it's a small hostel room). The lights didn't work in the bathroom.

Great location, convenient to shops and cafes. Room was very clean and it was a good value for the room. Beds were a little hard, and the walls were pretty thin ?

A really lovely place in an old-fashioned way. Very clean, quiet and great value for money.

Good location. It had 3 old beds, no TV. Advertised with parking, didn’t have it. We had to park in a public parking. Kind of depressing . Not even soap to bath

The age of technology - we got the keys using a code at the main entrance, no staff needed. The hotel is close to the city center, the beds were comfortable and the wireless charging pads were a cool addition to everything. Totally recommend! You had to wait a bit for the water to get warm / hot, but not a ridiculous amount of time.

Some basic things were not working (e.g. side table light) or were not in the room (e.g. extra quilt in bed). We contacted the property and they ended up solving it, but not until the second day of our stay.
