Spacious, put a lot of thought into the rooms. And it’s close to tourist spots such as the cathedral. A lot of places to eat around also. Nothing. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff was fantastic! We really appreciate the personal level of service provided by the front of house staff. Shawhin (sp?) and Mr. Kosovo (country of origin, not his name ?) went above and beyond by providing suggestions that would improve our time in Germany. The air conditioner was too complicated and not very effective, unfortunately.

Breakfast was exceptional. Location is really really good. Terrace or balcony is very very good. One night I just sat on chair and listened the sound of silence so this is the other reason I loved the facility. Beds were so comfortable. Having mirror is so useful. Using glass instead of wall between shower and the room is a bad choice

It was clean, enough off the beaten path that we didn’t have too much noise, easy to get a taxi to and from but also walk places. Bathrooms are made of glass. Awkward sharing a room with my son.

The front desk manager named Elvis was excellent. He was very helpful as soon as we arrived and directed us to the -1 level for safe storage of our bikes. The check-in was flawless. Elvis also helped direct us to a wonderful restaurant nearby and gave us the lay of the land for the intercity.

at a central location in Cologne We had a terrific stay at B-Chill Cologne. Elvis at the front desk was so helpful, welcoming and accommodating. He ensured our e-bikes were safely stored, showed us on the map how central we were and gave us a great recommendation for dinner at a local favorite. The hotel is very easy walking distance from the Cathedral and train station. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable with excellent showers. We had delicious cappachino and croissants the next morning. What we appreciated the most was how helpful Elvis was from beginning to end!! Nothing

Amazing stay with very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee available all day and the free sparkling drinks in the minibar. A very comfortable and welcoming experience overall.
