The balcony doors were very handy with the heatwave. Plenty of power outlets. Provided fan. Things I've never seen before provided, like a sewing set. The hairdryer turned off after 30 seconds of use. The quilt was for a single bed despite being a double bed room. The shower flooded the room when used. Twice I had to go down to reception to ask for towels because room service didn't come around.

Decent if unexceptional room, nice and clean, comfy bed, great location for the main attractions in Cologne. Bar/restaurant downstairs was a nice bonus (didn't eat but drank plenty of beers). The smell from the kitchens wafts up to the rooms - so hope you like pork.

The room is modernly furnished, good shower and comfortable bed. My room was adjacent to a party room. Some kind of party with loud music and DJ was happening until the early morning hours. The only think separating me from this noise was the stairwell. I could not fall asleep until 2:30am. Sleep is the most important aspect of a hotel stay, and I did not get a good sleep.

Location was great and close to old town, Dom etc. I was a female travelling alone and felt safe walking to hotel in dark. Room was clean with all amenities and bed was comfy. I always wish a decaf option was available in room.

Hotel is centrally located, so it is easy to walk to city centre, shops & restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. Super friendly staff at reception. The bathroom was a bit dark. It was a bit noisy from the back yard as there is a restaurant just next door. Just small detail!

Breakfast menu is very solid and offered a big variety of things. The location is excellent. Right at the Old Town area and access to all kinds of public transportation. Also possible to walk to Old Town, Cathedral and shopping area. The water pressure was a little low. My room was quite close to the elevator that was somewhat noisy - especially in the morning.

I booked a double room that I used on my own. The room was very modern and nicely furnished. The bathroom was also very modern with a big open shower. The bed was very comfortable. Enough space to store clothing and bathroom facilities. Great room! Breakfast menu is very solid and offered a big variety of things. The location is excellent. Right at the Old Town area and access to all kinds of public transportation. Also possible to walk to Old Town, Cathedral and shopping area. The water pressure was a little low. My room was quite close to the elevator that was somewhat noisy - especially in the morning.

The elevator was slow because it had two opening doors, one from the reception and the other from the restaurant. This caused confusion and often delays.
