I had a very pleasant stay — the hotel is clean, well located, and overall everything was great. The only thing that genuinely surprised me was the absence of a small female hygiene kit with a sanitary pad and tampon in the bathroom.

Absolutely everything. The breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever had in Europe. The staff were wonderful and the location perfect. Loved everything

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located, just two stops from the city centre and around a 10–15 minute walk from the cathedral, making it easy to explore the city on foot. However, our stay was affected by the hot weather. The room remained quite warm, and because the hotel has a lot of glass, it felt like a greenhouse at times. This made it difficult to keep the room comfortable, especially at night. We also felt that the hotel looked older in person than it appeared in the photos on the website. While the location is convenient, the hotel could benefit from some updating and refurbishment.

Location is hard to beat. I felt like I was staying in a time capsule from the 80’s. Place needs to be levelled and redesigned for a new century. The location is too good to be wasted.

Excellent location by Rhine River. Beautiful View of the Cathedral. Everything is conveniently connected to Maritim RS. The hotel shows a bit of age but remains gorgeous. A wonderful stay overall! Nothing.

Very central with parking Air con didn’t work so had to move rooms, also safe didn’t work, reported this 3 times and still didn’t work, hotel very dated, rooms could do with a refresh and bring out of the 80’s

old style, old room, but excellent location, some special building style, the breakfast was fabulous, like very special treat, and selection was great, high standard. old style designed rooms, too long corridor with just one location of elevator.

Breakfasts were good, although the choice of dishes was not much diverse - everything was fresh and tasty. The location was beyond any reproach, the river, the Cathedral, shopping streets-were at arms length. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious, although the furniture was unexpectedly very old, it even smelled old, and there were no sockets by the bed to charge mobile phone.
