it was clean and in the city centre no communication, the reception wasnt opened at all, when i called noone answered my calls, no replies to my texts, they only speak russian - no german or english. i didnt feel safe in the room

Nothing The reception was closed. The ceiling at the lobby had caved with junkies wandering in the area.

The location is good and very central. The room size was decent for the price. The building was quiet and not noisy. The main disappointment was the lack of cleanliness. When we first entered the room, we very quickly noticed multiple strands of hair on the bathroom floor, a large stain on one of the (pressed and folded) “fresh” towels, a red coloured substance (blood?) on the bathroom wall, a not entirely emptied bathroom trash, dirty cups next to the kettle in the bedroom and lots of cigarette butts on the balcony. We told the staff member who had checked us in and he promised us that the room would be recleaned in the morning (we stayed two nights). No one ever cleaned the room the next day and the same issued were still present when we returned that evening. The lack of cleanliness/hygiene really lets down what could otherwise be a decent value-for-money hotel.

Clean, warm, it was also really quiet so we had a chance to rest after a long journey, there is tea in a room, friendly communication and easy check out. We will definitely come back!

Room ´s windows sctechy and not finctioning the global room set up is very not covenit’. Had to sale up out of best to turn off the light. Global state of the facilite absolutely do not worth the 180 euros I paid. I would like to request money back or et least part of it .
