We left before we even got in the room due to this We demanded a refund for the whole reservsation

Building getting old

There were no blankets or microwave. Also, free breakfast was advertised and there was none when I left at 730am

It was a dirty room with broken things all over the place floors were dirty toilet seat broken broken light broken shower handle never stay there again

The room was filled with cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches, mold, and no fitted sheets on the bed. The staff were very helpful though but I do not recommended staying here unless you want to be surrounded by cigarette smoke, roaches, and a filthy environment.

Not one thing Cockroach infested room, filthy, no bathroom door, no pool, no working tv, no working ice machines, warrants on the door beside of me, dilapidated motel and wouldn’t let a dirty dog stay there

Upon arrival there was not electricity available for my CPAP, No Operable TV, a mirror ripped off the wall sitting on the floor.

This was the worst hotel and hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Thank goodness it was for just one night on a longer trip/journey. The property is really a tear down and rebuild property....there is nothing to build off of or to restore. Filthy is the best way to describe the property. The room had dirt and stains everywhere. Curtain was broken, light bulbs missing, toilet paper holder was broken. Amenities were terrible. Dresser drawers were either broken or did not close. There were no hangers. I was lucky the A/C worked.

Booked a non-smoking room and both rooms had a really bad odor of cigarettes.

Nothing Lights were broken. Toilet seat was loose just generally out condition that should have been.

The dresser was broken. The room had two doors that connected our room to other rooms that were taped off which was a little scary. The bathroom door didn’t lock
