Pros: - Rooms recently renovated - Clean and spacious room - Comfortable bed - Desk area for working or eating - Close-in free parking - Basic continental breakfast included - Pets allowed (for $25 fee) - Little outside noise or noise from other rooms - Fast, free, reliable Wi-Fi - Helpful and efficient front desk staff - Hotel close to restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall Cons: - One, slow and small elevator with a very dirty floor - Room was initially stuffy and had strange odor (eventually dissipated) - Wall A/C unit did not fully cool the room during a heat wave - Bathroom area somewhat small and cramped - Only two small pillows for the bed (was able to get two additional pillows) - No hangers provided at all - Difficulty obtaining second key card for my companion (second key not automatically provided) - Hotel manager starts pounding on doors of guests more than 10 minutes late in checking out (check-out time was 11am).

The Location Good location, but the property is dirty and needs upgrades, the air conditioner in room 220 smells like mold whenever you turned it on. It was not safe for my kids. The bed sheets look dirty and the pillows were very flat as pancakes. The shower head look dirty and very old. I have to go to Walmart to get bed sheets, 2 pillows, air freshener, and comforter because there’s no way my kids and I would sleep those dirty looking sheets and pancakes looking pillows for 4 nights.

The staff was not very nice

The room smelled the cigarette

Didn't stay. Refunded bc the clerk said He didn't have any rooms with 2 beds. Seemed like a live in type place. Lots of sketchy people. Did not look safe.
-
Location literally walking distance from so much Deflated pillows made sleeping uncomfortable.Room was right across washer and dryer and ice machine. Staff seemed to do housekeeping laundry after midnight so it was pretty noisy until 6 am. Other then that I will be booking again.

The location

The front desk lady Jackie was cussing and rude to guest

Elevator has sketchy. They have signs posted around no smoking within 20ft meanwhile the staff and customers were smoking right next to the front entrance and the back entrance and I have bad asthma so it was hard for me to breathe leaving or returning. Signs say they have vending machines and in fact they do not have any. Beds were absolutely uncomfortable and house keeping didn’t come once to take our trash or make the beds whatsoever.

It was a good stay loved it breakfast in the morning and no complaints

The staff is amazing! Location is a little sketchy but the hotel is very clean, nice rooms, and exceptional customer service
-
Not as advertised, not a breakfast, rooms falling apart. Bathrooms really bad, toilet not secured, and towel rack falling off wall, mirror fell down. Loads of people smoking pot inside. Concerns of homeless outside. Price ok, $107 a night with tax. Does not feel safe for. Family. Pillows were old and sheets not crisp or clean.

Wonderful staff. Issues with the elevator.

Dirty and stunk

The rooms were clean and well equipped - microwave & minifridge - and the towels are thick like in an advertisement. Jay on the front desk in the evenings is especially good at his job because he has a sense about people and is respectful but has no tolerance for shenanigans. The noise level was high in general. Mostly guests and music, but emergency vehicles were running all hours it seemed.

The continental breakfast was two types of cereal (tiny bowls to use), bread for the toaster, and eventually some donuts. Why were there photos of pancakes if there weren't any pancakes?
-
View was nice from the second floor.
