Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Colorado Springs - South

The first room we were given had an issue, but we returned to reception, and we were given a different room, which was fine. We just stayed one night, and we didn’t eat breakfast.

Simple. Easy access to attractions.

The rooms are clean but challenging in avoidable ways. There was no full length mirror, dishes or silverware, and the lighting was poor in the bathroom. The air conditioning was difficult to figure out. We finally figured it out on day 4. We asked to be moved to a king room since the queen is very small but the staff wasn’t helpful.

Great place to stay if you are going to be working in Colorado Springs for a few days. There are no amenities for the kids. There is a Walmart very close which made it easy for groceries. The Kitchen inside of the hotel room was awesome! We cooked a few times on the stove top.

Everything is good, but the noise proofing is so bad.

Likes: Central location, shower excellent as good as at home, room spacious, Commercial height toilet, clean overall. Bed and linens good, USB ports in outlets, had and iron and easy chair. Dislikes: no shampoo provided, desk blocks view if TV, REALLY bad breakfast just yogurt, toast and cereal, and packages muffins that on one in my family would eat. No eggs or waffles or fruit, no table in room. No carpet in room which I prefer to modern vinyl floors. While I say it "was clean" and good, when I wipped up some water on floor the towel said it could have been better.

Clean, nice, breakfast was grab and go but decent. Mattress was not ad comfortable as I would like but all in all not too bad.

This place was excellent! It has everything you need! We only stayed one night as we were making our way back home from a two week road trip. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others!

Marty at the front desk went above and beyond with a few questions we had. He made our stay amazing!

Clean room, Parking, I recommend

They have all the amenities of an apartment building however for our stay the washer/dryer system was not working.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Also, DeeDee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

New hotel but that was all that was positive Staff rude assuming I vaped and told that I would get charged. I don't even smoke. Terrible location even though across the street from police department. A few blocks away a person rolling around in the 7-11parking lot lots of Sus looking people lurking around. Beds were NOT comfortable sucks when you pay for 2 rooms for everyone to not sleep well

our rooms were clean and comfortable. we did not need any of the kitchen items we could get from the front desk. Just needed a place to get some comfortable sleep.

Comfortable bed and safe area. Quiet and slept well. Nice view of the mountains. Grab and go small breakfast snacks. Clean room and lobby.
