Clean room and good staff

The room had a full size refrigerator, counter and sink...it was like a mini apartment. The front desk offered many items such as dishcloths and dishes and other items for kitchen use. Beautiful rooms lots of hooks and no carpet !!!Staff was very accommodating!

The location of the hotel was great. I stayed here while I was in the area for a wedding at the Garden of the Gods. I only saw a staff member behind the counter once and we had to ring the bell for them to check us in. The person who checked us in was very nice. It was very clean and the room I stayed in was just enough for myself. It seemed like it was fairly updated too. All in all, I'm glad I went with booking here

I was very pleased with my stay here. The hotel is in a good location and is well maintained. The complimentary continental breakfast wasn’t much to brag about, but that wasn’t what motivated us to book here. I will definitely look for this type of hotel when we travel as a family again.

Beautiful setting, Pike's Peak views, amazing staff, superb "grab & go" breakfast. I just loved my stay -- ample parking, large--clean room.

Useful location, was very close to the airport and decently close to a lot of convenient bus lines. Not too many bells and whistles, but this place is very functional, well-maintained, comfortable, and decently-priced. Safe area, too. Breakfast was pretty minimal, but it was free, so I didn't mind.

Very new, clean, great price. Just needs a better breakfast…barely anything.

Very few amenities. No coffee pot in room, one small (tbs) of shampoo and bar of soap, nothing else. No blow dryer in room.

Booked a normal room, they gave me a "accessible" room. Not an issue for me, but the front desk lady thought it was. She was very condescending due to her thinking I booked a handicapped room. She lied to me and told me the sun shield doesn't come down due to them locking it into place for visually impaired and they put the room by a light outside so light would shine in. This was absurd! Next day I asked manager how to close the blinds (switch 10 feet away). He was very helpful but doesn't make up for what I can only describe as abuse. There was no breakfast, only a sign saying our distributors didn't deliver BOTH DAYS. VERY loud footsteps can be heard. Spot to manager about this and he confirmed they went CHEAP on the insulation. I will not be back here.

Overall everything was very clean and we had absolutely no issues. If you want breakfast this is not the hotel. Sometimes it was even very hard to get coffee because there are no machines in the room. But it was peaceful and we didn't run into any issues.

Staff was very helpful. This is a fairly new building, so things are still clean and well put together. It's super basic, nothing fancy, but clean and practical. I didn't feel grossed out about anything.

I would definitely book this hotel again.

Repeat guest a year later. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The in room kitchenette was in just as good condition as a year ago.
