Days Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

No tv, no amenities, toilet did not work.

There was only one towel for two queen beds. When we asked the front for me she said they didn’t have any that guests had stole them all. The door to the room was broken and she wouldn’t give us another room. There was old nasty carpet in the room, there was black mold in the bathroom l, and the smoke alarm was completely missing. The wires were there but no smoke alarm. The pool was actually ok, but we had nothing to dry off with. The Colorado Springs health department should shut this place down. I couldn’t believe they had removed the fire alarm, and let guests stay there. We left very early in the morning to say the least. When we talked about a refund the host said maybe we would get one, but wasn’t sure because we booked through a third party “Expedia” so we said the hell with it and slept for a few hours and left. One of the most disgusting places we have ever stayed! Also the police were leaving as we walked in because they had to respond to the place for some reason! This is a franchise. Whoever owns Super 8 and this location should be embarrassed and things need to get fixed or it needs shut down. SMH

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Everything else. First room had no bedding, ac was broken so the window was open and had a fan, but still VERY hot, no TV in the room, no towels or other linens. Second room, the key cards for the room did not work. Went back down to get them reprogrammed, still didn’t work. At that time we decided to leave and cancel our reservation.

No clean towels, hot tub didn't work properly, breakfast sucked!! Not even any coffee. Hot water continuously ran in the shower. No microwave in room.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes. The walls were full of badly patched holes.

Nothing! Worst stay ever! No pillows no TV no towels or cups. Woman at desk said she couldn't do anything till morning for manager in. Found out she was manager. Said we get disc out didn't. Very bad place!! Never stay again!!

Had to ask front desk multiple times to clean our room and for towels daily. Breakfast was very minimal compared to other stays we have had at other hotels.

Good place to crash if you are tired but do not expect top service. Its old property, not so maintained but I got it cheap so its okay. Its definitely not so good but really cheap if you just want to sleep for the night

The price Breakfast was non existent, the ice machine did not work. The toilet clogged our first night there and no one fixed it or did anything. We had one bath towel a little bigger than a hand towel.

The room was terrible. The curtains were falling off. The carpet had stains. The room was reserved for 2 adults but they only supplied 1 towel and wash cloth. There was less than a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. 1 of the beds did not have a top sheet. I never got refunded my $100 deposit back. Will never stay at a days inn or a super 8 ever again

The pool Nothing worked, very dirty and staff was rude, our room did not lock at first then we asked to be moved and the tv was broken and there were big black stains on the floors and cigarette burns in the comforter on the bed

There was mold in the bathroom and the floor was sticky. There was only 2 pillows in the room and the sheets had stains. Not much for breakfast, which you have to go between hotels for. (one day it's at days inn, the next it's at super 8)

The only good thing about the property was the air conditioning! Everything else was horrible! The furniture was broken and really worn for wear. The cable box was stolen from the room along with the remote. TV was broken but still there had it not been bolted to the dresser. The lamps were horrible, the plastic lining inside the shade was pealing away and missing. The top cover barely covered the top mattress The black out curtains were not the same sz and one side was torn/shredded! No iron, ironing board. Or clock. Front desk stated they never replaced anything bc it kept getting stolen. The carpet was heavily stained. The bathroom shower rod was barely hanging on, Toilet paper was not on the toilet paper holder bc they don’t stay locked. They’re both rusted. Overall it was disgusting! Never again!

There was a girl named Liz at the front desk. Went beyond to help others. Great personality Tv didn't work and need more covers on bed
