Super 8 by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

Honestly there was not much I liked about the property it was not unkept and was not clean It was not clean, it had awful Oder there were stains in the carpets the quality of the bedding was awful the pillows were flat beds were stiff and uncomfortable, the smell in the room caused our clothes to have a foul smell, I requested more pillows the first night and did not receive any requested extra pillows the next day and was given one extra pillow that again was over used and flat.

The room was disgusting and the toilet backed up everytime we used it. Then they transferred to a new room and it had no a/c and was also disgusting. The blankets had burn holes and stains along with the carpet. Tv didn’t work at all.

We had 2 rooms. One room the TV did not work and our phone charger would not even stay plugged into the wall outlet that was so loose. The bedding had rips in it and stains. No pillowcases were provided until we asked the front desk for them. The second room had carpet with big stains and a terrible smell. There was also a spider and a lots of black dots in the tub upon arrival. The next day after staying here I noticed about 4 welps on my daughters stomach. The breakfast consisted of a 2 pack of muffins and 2 dry cereal options, but there was no milk or juice. Had I know this would have been our experience we would have never stayed here.

First of all I had a reservation online yet my room was ready. Two couple walked in and got a room right away. Tv wasn’t working. The breakfast wasn’t appealing at all I didn’t eat.

There was only 1 pillowcase on the 3 pillows in the room. There was no Kleenex. There were no wash rags. Towels were next to worn out. Was not very clean at all. The refrigerator was dirty, it had hair in it. Strange smell in the room.

The Contennial breakfast was pitiful. The yogurt they served had botulism, the fridge was tiny and over froze everything. Their card reader failed constantly and we had to replace 5 keycards. Every possible amenity was done with the absolute minimal amount of effort or cost. No problems from staff though. It was just not a good place to stay spend 5 more a night and upgrade.

Staff difficulty with English was a cause of a cancelled reservation

There was no in-room coffee, no fridge, no microwave, no smoke detector. If you want to charge your devices, then you have to find a way to keep the charger in the outlet because it will fall back out very easily.

There were no wash clothes, hand towels. Also in the bedroom and bathroom there were ants on the floor.

The front desk representative was nice. This was by far the most run down hotel I've personally ever stayed in. The bed linens had so many holes from what I assume is cigarette burns. Holes and unfinished patches on the wall. Pretty sure the carpet was blood stained. It was the stuff of nightmares. I literally was so afraid of bed bugs that I slept in the bath tub. I didn't get sleep though. I just laid there in disbelief.
