Breakfast was weak at best. Toilet was clogged and the curtains broke while we were there. The Automatic Door is extremely loud when opening so do not stay in room 207 or 205. They charge you for parking and then credit you the money back. I don’t understand why you’re even trying to charge for parking when it is not gated or secured and is open to another property. The room needs an additional TV and a mirror. Probably one of the worst I have stayed at.

The breakfasts were very good but I think they should have went until 10:00 am because some people don't get up until 9:00 am. The receptionist was very friendly & polite. The location was cost to the airport which was great for me.

Everything was grest except there was no hot tub..

Nice facility. Despite being close to the airport, it was super quiet. Distance to Garden of the gods and manitou springs. About 20 minutes drive, not too bad.

The lady who prepared breakfast was very nice. She greeted every guest, and ensured all items were plentiful. The one guy was not nice and ran out of sausage and didn't really seem to care. I requested a room with the view of the mountain instead got the view of a construction site next door which woke us up every morning. Also, upon checking in, the young man didn't even speak when I walked in. I had to speak to him first, and when I said hello, he responded with, "checking in?" When I asked about the view, he was very nonchalant and said he can't upgrade me because we were prepaid. It just seemed he didn't want to be there.

Five of us (2 children ages 12 and 8) and the room worked well for us! Clean room, plenty of Rowells and TP, and space!

Every thing was fine. Breakfast was the same every day. Stay for four days. Hotel was fine but rooms were noisy. There was no reason that we had to pay for parking. Just pure profit for the hotel.

The staff was very accommodating I called and told them I wouldn't be there till late and they was very nice about it. The room was absolutely beautiful clean and smelled good. Breakfast was great

It was pretty clean. The staff was very nice. Had to ask for extra towels because there were only 3 which I never understand why they ask when you book how many people but then there is never enough stuff in the room for the amount of people. The room was comfortable, couch/bed was nice. Very weird placement of TV in the room. Otherwise pretty nice.

Very friendly staff and clean building. Beds were not comfortable at all and breakfast was subpar.
