Room was not as clean as it should have been. The even staff was very rude. Morning staff was awesome!

The hotel itself felt very clean. I usually feel a little icky about hotels in general especially when they have carpet, but this hotel felt clean enough that I felt like I could actually relax while my kids played in the room. The hotel is also so close to the Airplane Restaurant, which was a big hit with our young kids. The only "negative" is just that the breakfast doesn't begin until 6 am - which is a reasonable time to start breakfast service, but I think since this is an airport hotel it would be nice for the hotel to leave out some free grab-and-go items for people with early flights.

Hotel was very well maintained and clean breakfast was great with even gluten free options. Highly recommend! Beds were comfortable and even sofa bed was ok.

The staff was top notch!! Hotel was clean and cool. A very good restaurant after a week of traveling through Southern Colorado.

Friendly staff We had to request towels , Kleenex and coffee and get the items on our own . Housekeeping did not come to our room at anytime to replenish or empty trash cans.

We were supposed to go southeast of Colorado after our two-night stay here in SpringHill Suites in Colo Spring. Unfortunately, due to unfortunate events happening there we cancelled our plans. So we asked someone from the front desk if we could extend our stay and he was very accommodating and even help us book for another two nights. We did not try to look for another hotel because we are enjoying our stay in SpringHill Suites. The location was great: it was quite and does not have too much traffic. The place was clean inside and out. I like that we have a small kitchen in our room. Bed sheet are fresh and clean. Plenty of bathroom supplies. Nice breakfast. I will definitely book here when we go back to Colorado Spring again.
