Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport

Stayed two nights and no issues. Staff were quick and helpful when we had an issue in the middle of the night. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good but there was a wait for fresh/additional food to be brought out. They also give out breakfast coupons and collect them. We weren’t given enough so the front desk easily gave more but for some reason the breakfast staff were very adamant about collecting them. Not sure why when it’s a free breakfast. Pool area is large and there was a nice hot tub outside. Located off the main road in a quiet area.

The beds with sunk in.. the pillows were old .housekeeping not so good. when I walked into the room after checking in you can see the bed suck in.. when trying to talk to one of the housekeeping person they just ignored me when asking for amenities.. I had to call the front desk to ask them was that my maid for today no one knew.. if I ever come back to Colorado springs I would not stay there

Hotel was convenient to airport. Room as large and comfortable.

Staff was amazing last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate clean rooms

The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the free breakfast buffet is so worth waking up for!

Check-in required more than three iterations to get a key that worked for my room. Front desk helped the best they could, maintenance staff-not so much

I loved the breakfast, the staff was very friendly and professional. They kept the dinning room very clean.

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfy. We asked for a 2 queen. Not sure if all the 2 queen rooms are like this or if it was a suite of some kind, but it had a nice sofa and ottoman that could seat 2 and a nice little tea/coffee bar with a sink that was separate from the bathroom sink. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. Breakfast was notably better than most, serving two meat choices daily, the fruit salad was super fresh. The biscuits and gravy were also exceptional, with fluffy biscuits and delicious green chili spiked gravy. We loved that they kept the hot drink station open so we could make tea and hot cocoa in the evenings! Every single staff member we interacted with seemed genuinely warm and welcoming. A couple times we needed extra towels or toiletries, they were more than accommodating. Oh, we also enjoyed the daily rotation of fruit infused water in the lobby. That detail was not lost on us. The pool and spa were also really nice. They have towels by the pool and a bathroom you can change in if you don't want to walk across the hotel in your suit. We will def hope to stay here again on future trips to the area!

The hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a free breakfast, food was good, but the set up needs to be reconfigured. Everyone was on top of each other getting food, making waffles and getting beverages. The rooms are a very nice size. We had 2 queen size beds. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The only downfall for me was the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were worthless. It was close to major highway with additional restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to everything Other than the bed situation, my stay was excellent stay, I'd consider staying again. The pool and hot tub was definitely a positive!

Hotel didn’t have my reservation and had to wait and make multiple calls to Expedia for the reservation confirmation. Finally they have King bed instead of 2 queen bed room which I reserved. Sleeping in king bed with 2 kids was not at all comfortable. Unhappy with this booking
