Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport

The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. On Monday, August 17, my reservation for my final night (August 17–18) was unexpectedly canceled early in the afternoon. I had planned to spend my last full day in Colorado Springs enjoying vacation activities, but instead I had to return to the hotel, have my key card reactivated so I could access Room 2XX, retrieve my suitcase and belongings, and find another hotel for the night. I ultimately had to book a room at the Hampton Inn for August 17–18. The hotel staff advised me that the cancellation had been made by a third party and not by the hotel itself. Regardless of who was responsible, the cancellation was extremely inconvenient and resulted in me spending a significant portion of my final vacation day dealing with the canceled reservation and arranging another place to stay.

Overall pleasant stay, comfortable room and staff were polite and helpful. No problems or complaints. Good value for the money.

Experience with this property was very good no problems it had a restaurant and bar which was very convenient as my stay was for a short period to attend an event and I didn’t have to look for an offsite food establishment.😁

The rooms were immaculate, very nice shop for snacks, dining area comfortable. Convenient breakfast and dinner. Food was decent for hotel food. Great hotel.

It was all right…

Sandie was an awesome bartender in the evenings at the bar-grill area. Overall good amenities--average on value when compared to other nearby hotels. Charges for breakfast seemed steep with how much the rooms were, bit staff was friendly and earned their tips. Clean room with no major concerns.

Gal at check in did her job but wasn't very friendly

The staff, especially Felicia the breakfast server. She was efficient, caring and warm to all. The chafing dishes were under heated and not a a healthful temp. The noise level in the halls. Every door shut sounded like an angry slam.

Staff was great. Room lacked caffeinated coffee and toilet malfunctioned. Price is high.
