On the surface this hotel was great but the longer we were there the worse it got. We used the pool and afterwards we were showering in our room and I noticed something sitting on top of the microwave. When I looked it was a syringe. Like one of the small ones with the orange caps. I was dumbfounded as to 1. Why there would be a syringe on top of the microwave and 2. Why the cleaning staff didn’t see it when the room was cleaned last. I was not about to touch the syringe and I was extremely thankful that none of my kids found it first. After alerting the front desk they had some one come up and dispose of it. I thought that would be the last of our issues. We noticed that the tile in the bathroom was falling apart and the grout was coming loose. We had to wear shoes so we didn’t cut our feet on the sharp edges. We stayed in a room with a pull out couch and when I made up the bed for my son to sleep on there were several hairs on the mattress. I can understand if that bed doesn’t get used for every stay but to find hair from someone else was disgusting. To top off the stay we found a spider in the bedding of one of the beds that’s my other children slept in. I understand bugs are normal but not usually in a hotel on the 2nd floor. After paying over $200 for 1 night I feel like we over paid for what we got. I’ll think twice about staying here again.

Clean spacious room. Kind staff. Indoor pool was small but great for our kids. Good location.

Clean spacious room with nice sheets. However, the property only has ONE high chair for young children. Not a very family friendly breakfast. Aimed more at older families and business travelers.

The rooms were clean, AC worked and was quiet. The rooms were also quiet, except that one that was near the ice maker on the third floor. For some reason, that machine was loud and somehow traveled really well into the room. One of our party also left something behind and they had it saved in the back and were able to return it to us! The staff was great, rooms were great, the location was great. Overall would recommend!

Location was nice Staff was hardly around and when they we're they were rude.

The breakfast was clutch. There isn’t much around this hotel you will need a car to get everywhere. But everything is close, longest drive was 30 minutes. Little traffic.

Charged a incidental fee and then when you leave they up it to twice the for a stain. When you call they say they will call you back and never do there's no proof of anything yet they still charge you a large amount.

My kids liked the pool. I liked the atmosphere. People were present and available.Yet nobody bothered me. I would have liked to have coffee earlier in the morning.

Really excellent stay! Staff was so nice. Room was huge! Biggest I’ve ever had on a trip. Amenities were great, too, and the breakfast was really elaborate and well made. Would stay again!
