Upon arrival on Friday @ 6pm, I didn’t appreciate that there was no one at the front desk to check me in. Some manager came over & instead of him checking me in, he went to find the girl that was assigned to the desk. No apology, nothing!! Horrible customer service.

Old but nicely remodeled and well kept, lovely!

I think the only downside to this hotel is there is no free coffee in the lobby area. Yes, they do provide a single serve coffee maker in the room, though im very hesitant to make a cup of coffee from these units as they could contain mold if not properly cleaned. Also breakfast was also an additional charge. Ive spent less on a room in other places and have had breakfast included.

It was okay but some rooms don't come with breakfast that wasn't cool at all

Very clean and staff was customer friendly. They also had a shuttle bus for the Merriweather Pavillion.

An added perk i wasn’t aware of they have a shuttle that goes to Merriweather pavilion. If you are headed to the area for a concert like we were it’s a nice option!

The lounging area was large with a resturant and bar. I was unable to use any of these areas but was done well. I microwave was brought to my room er an earlier than check in time free of charge.

Exceptional

We only stayed for one night, but everything and everyone we saw and interacted with was fantastic. The shuttle service to Merriweather was greatly appreciated.

The beds and pillow were comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I didn't like how the air conditioner turned off and on.....but maybe it only runs like that. It was loud, then quiet.

Front desk staff were very nice. Room was nice. Loved the shuttle to merriweather!!

The front desk staff were really friendly. My room was very clean. It was a nice experience.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff - only the AC unit in the room is dated and loud which disturbed my sleep.

The Spa, Whirlpool, Indoor pool and the buffet The fire alarm that kept going on and off

The staff was very nice and communicative they had a lot of things you could ask for and they were very friendly ,the room was amazing loved how clean the place was and it had body care products in the shower overall amazing experience .Didn't get to try their food maybe

Standard hotel, though it seemed like maintenance was having a hard time keeping up, pool and hottub were dirty. And one elevator was not working, the other was super slow. It did look like some renovations were being done,
