I asked for a room near elevator and received a room at the end of hallway! My husband has mobility issue uses a cane ! Our room was at the end of hallway!

The staff was nice. The property overall was clean but not well kept. The room had chipped paint, bathtub was old and stained. The pool was also closed. The place needs a renovation.

Had to pay $6 for parking at a hotel in the suburbs...RIDICULOUS! PAID PARKING WAS NONSENSE FOR THIS LOCATION IN THE SUBURBS

Breakfast was good. Manager on duty, front desk clerk and maintenance guy were very friendly. Pool was not open. Hot water in the shower was not working properly.

They could not find reservations after having confirmed twice before getting there that they had the reservation

There was no hand soap in our bathroom, the door to our room wouldn’t close without the use of a key and the pool was closed our entire stay. We booked this hotel specifically because they had a pool and there was no note or anything letting us know that the pool would be closed.

The quietness 4 days and 3 nights stay, Room was never cleaned. Quite an unusual experience for me at this particular hotel

Rooms are ok When we arrived for checking in at 5pm rooms were not ready We had to wait till 6.30 pm for the rooms to be ready which made me not happy Usual check in time 3 pm If we arrived earlier to checking in there is a charge for it . But the hotel not giving us the room on time is not a good customer service
