My stay was perfect. Just needed a little time alone for my birthday. Just what I needed. They even gave me a charger to use while I stayed, as I forgot mines at home.

Great service and mgmt team. Lou and the manager were amazing with their level of hospitality and customer service. They make a difference in their service they provide to customers! Keep up the great work team. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was located near Walmart,gas station,a lot of fast food restaurants Unfriendly staff, lots of trash throughout the hallway there were absolutely no pots pan dishes for an extended stay, it was charged for my room twice after showing a receipt and confirmation number…..

The rooms werent clean at all, bathroom painting was coming off . And i was told housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks . Which is insane. Bed sheets weren’t clean either . Hated my stay

Beds are super uncomfortable. The couch was all ripped up and taped over. There were people in parking lots drinking and partying with music blasting at midnight. The whole experience was weird. Also Expedia didn’t even have my right name for the reservation. Was under some random name.

The location was convenient to food, stores and John Hopkins community hospital, which is why we were in the area. The staff's attitude varied from day to day. Some staff were very friendly while others were very rude. We had no hot water in the bathroom sink or kitchen sink. The water in the shower was luke warm at best. Very strange. The floors in the room hadn't been cleaned/mopped prior to our arrival. You could see work boot prints on the floor. It was ok for this stay but probably will not stay there again, nor would I recommend this location.

The breakfast was just very simple, quick grab items. The laundry was clean and easy to use.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Better breakfast options, Wi-Fi was not great.

The AC unit leaked in the room. The floor was filthy and made our feet black. It smelled like onions. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

TV in bedroom malfunctioning. Shower knob fell off, Rate was 4x inflated for concert event.

The room was filthy. There were chunks of food on the counter as well as the floors. The room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. We asked for a different room but they were all booked. We wound up getting a refund and going to a different hotel even though it was around midnight.

I would stay again

The employees that I did encounter were all very friendly. The entire hotel reeked like weed. Our room hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. The floor was slippery / slimy, our room smelled damp and greasy, I honestly don't even know how to describe it. There were clusters of dirt all over the floor, receipts from previous tenants underneath the couch that hadn't been cleaned. Overcast from the trash can all over the walls. It was just a disgusting room overall. If we hadn't arrived at 1:00 in the morning and I got to see everything in the daylight we absolutely would not have stayed there. I complain to management and they did end up giving us 20% off our stay which was appreciated but It was still so disgusting.

Everything was a little broken, useable but not fully functioning. The first room was dirty and had flies in it and the toilet was running as if it were being constantly flushed. They were reluctant to move us to another room. The second room was okay but there was no coffee pot in the room and every time the ac was on it sounded like we were in a thunderstorm. They said breakfast was included and that meant coffee in the lobby and a few granola bars. We survived but it was a lot to pay for a less than mediocre experience.

The room floor was dirty it didn’t look like it had been cleaned you could see hairs on it, strong smell of mariguana entering the hotel
