clean quiet hotel recently renovated, Great selections for breakfast.

Property was being remodeled during our stay. Our floor was completed and nice. A few issues with the room included; water leak under air conditioner either from previous heavy rain or condenser(maintenance cleaned up), dirty towels left in bathroom from previous person, new wardrobes do not have a bar for hanging longer items like skirts, dresses, men's suit jacket, etc. There was room for a bar to be installed so maybe they will insert later. Must not have a woman on the design team. Also, handicap assesible room does not have a roll in shower. Very inconvenient for my mother. Details are important.

The staff was extremely nice about the whole affair and went out of their way to accommodate us. My wife's bag got lost on the airlines and did not arrive until the morning we were leaving, but the front desk manager gave my wife quarters to use the laundry facility to clean the clothes she had been wearing for three days before had to go to a wedding (the reason for the trip) on Sunday.

The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point.

Employee at check in was very nice. Told us everything we needed to know about the hotel. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

The stopper in the sink was not working. No water pressure. Lighting in the corner where the heater is was

Room clean BUT THE MATTRESS WAS HORRIBLE. Everyone I spoke with complained about the cardboard mattresses . A hotel of this magnitude should definitely have better quality mattresses

I can’t really point out anything I really “liked” I arrived at 10:30 PM to check in and was told my room wasn’t ready and that it would be 20 minutes and it was almost 12:15am before I got to go to my room. They advertise that they have a Starbucks but the menu is so very limited. You can’t get anything on a basic Starbucks menu.

Tv wasn’t working. Shower had no hot water. Front desk lady was super sweet but had little support.

Room not ready. Was not allowed to check in until after 9:00pm. TV didn’t work in room and wall paper glue was all over the floors in the by. They would not tell me why my room was not ready or accommodate me with another room! Very unprofessional!! I fell I do not need to pay for my stay!!

Staff was amazing. The food was a bit overpriced for what you got. The room was clean but the wallpaper was coming off in places and the plumbing needs to be evaluated; it was iffy if the toilet was going to flush and go down. The A/C was amazing! My mom was literally wearing a coat and sweats; I had just had surgery so the room was perfectly cold for me.
