The facility was nice and clean. The staff was very nice. We have another trip coming up and will be staying here again.

Overall the hotel and room were good. We have never stayed at a Tru before. I know it was a busy weekend with kids moving back to college and they were fully booked. It was frustrating hearing doors slamming well past midnight and we were disappointed with breakfast or lack of. If you promote 24 hour coffee then you should definitely have the pots full for breakfast. By 8am coffee was empty and buffet was slim and slowly being stocked. Plan better when you know it’s a busy weekend in CoMo.

The room and property were clean. The Tru is close to highways but quiet within, making it convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

we got in a little late, but the person at the desk was super sweet and helpful. They even entertained our idea of having a foosball tournament in the morning ( I think we left too early to see if it happened, but still, would be pretty cool). I did get a quick run in the fitness room which was great. My other travel bud grabbed a coffee in the lobby, and they said it was great. Our room was super comfortable, and we were able to kick up the AC a bit.. totally perfect. love this place. Oh, and the wild sunflowers in the lot behind the hotel were great to wake up to.

Everything was clean, the mattress was comfy, but the pillows weren't very comfortable.

My room didn’t have a coffee pot. And there is no pool.

Staff was extremely unhelpful. I would not book here again.

The property was clean and in a decent location (10 min. drive to airport, two nearby restaurants). Amenities in the lobby were fine, although I didn’t hang out there. The room was simple but clean & new. Front desk staff were ok, but it was a hit or miss whether they acknowledged and greeted us as we walked by. Housekeeping was consistently courteous every time we walked by in the hallways. Overall it was great place to stay. I recommend the hotel.
