The property is conveniently located across the street from the Mizzou campus. Property needs an upgrade and appears to be old. It looked to be in better shape a few years ago when we stayed there.
-
Has everything you need and adjacent to Mizzou.

I have stayed at this hotel before, I don't recall the same issue. The hotel was extremely humid and had no humidity control. The halls and rooms smelled musty and felt damp. Our bathroom had no exhaust fan and there was black mold on the ceiling. I am not sure if their HVAC was not working to remove the humidity, but it was awful. I am now removing all my future reservations for this hotel.

Great experience always. Thank you

The hot tub gave my husband hot tub folliculitis which indicates it’s not properly chlorinated/maintained. The rooms were fine but overall cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t great. Bathroom really needs to be updated. Staff was great, friendly and helpful.

The room was clean amd the water pressure was great.

It was right beside the hospital and easy to get to The place was nice the rooms were clean. I booked it on booking.com and it was pretty expensive for one night but the booking said all taxes and fees were included. My wife was very tired and was at the emergency room with my son who had been injured in a car accident and she desperately needed a good night’s rest so when she got there to check in the person at the front desk charged her an extra $50 on top of the over$200 that had already been paid. She was so tired that she paid it just so she could get some rest.

Convience. Met my expectations of the stay. The day I checked out I had water dripping from the ceiling. Not sure what the issue was. I did alert staff and I am sure they handled the matter.

Great staff and the room was clean and comfortable

This place is extremely outdated. The bathroom was the worst with massive amounts of dust hanging out of the vent, black specks all over the shower walls, and terrible "fixes" on the walls. The curtains in the breakfast area were torn up and dingy. This is what I would expect from a $80/night motel, not a $170/night hotel. Extremely disappointing and I will not be staying there again.

The room itself was okay and the beds were comfortable. Our bathroom looked grubby due to old paneling around the shower, a dirt ring on the wall behind the door, rust stains all over the back of the toilet. There was less than a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra left for us. A part of the fridge was broken and when I went to report it I stood awkwardly at the desk for a while while the three ladies behind the desk worked on something. We used the hot tub and found two used band aids around the pool. I also used the gym which was nice, but there was a dead bug and some other small trash on the ground near the exercise matt. Location near the sports arena was great, but we wouldn't stay here again.

The breakfast was top-notch! Better than most hotels. Having omelets, a variety of toppings for waffles (choc chips, whipped cream, fruit compote, etc.), maple bacon sausage (instead of the boring sausage patty), and many other choices made this the highlight. There was no door on the women's bathroom in the lobby area. Also, there was no ice machine on my floor (2) so we had to go to a different floor for ice. Price of hotel was a lot for a summer weekend with no MU game and kids were not moving in yet.

There was MOLD in our bathroom. The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night. The restaurant and bar listed were permanently closed and has been for some time. There was a layer of slimy scum in the pool. Front desk would not answer their phone nor could they be found anywhere. Worst stay ever.

We were there from Sunday to Wednesday and they didn’t clean our room once. If you need clean towels or want the garbage taken out, make sure you ask.
