Whenever I visit Mizzou I first try to stay here. Staff is wonderful. Location great. Been staying here 4X a year for past 3 years.

The front desk staff and assistant manager were amazing. The location was close to everything. The hotel has interesting themes in each room. The rooms were very spacious. Our room wouldn’t cool down, bathroom faucets were leaky, light switches were broken and the hot tub jets were not operating.

Could hear the people next door running the water and the jets in their whirlpool tub. It was not quiet. Furniture and blinds in the room could use a good dusting. Was unable to close the blinds on my lower level floor room so had to be real careful at night when the lights were on. Nice place, good breakfast. Would consider staying there again.

I loved everything about the hotel it was definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at and it was exceptionally clean the room blew my mind in was big and had a very nice setup and also the staff were extremely nice and professional,I will also say the swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing it was truly an experience that any person/family should be able to experience no matter how far they are

Didn't eat there The tall step out of the shower not good for older people

It was fine. The outlet where I was supposed to charge my phone didn’t hold my plug so my phone didn’t charge overnight. The shower somehow leaked water ALL OVER the floor. I was supposed to have a king size bed and had a double instead.

The front desk was cheerful and friendly. The facilities had everything we were looking for; pool, a good breakfast , a good location near the attractions we were visiting and a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The pool wasn't very well maintained. On the first day there I noticed the floor around the pool and some dead bugs, and the sides of the pool were quite dirty, but it's late in the season so I could overlook that, although the bugs were still there the next day. But the second day by noon there were few towels and when we came back that night there were none. I did tell the front desk when we returned to our room. I tried to use the phone to inform the front desk, but it didn't work. The freezer in our room was frosted up, something else I would over look. But when we woke up on our departure date the freezer had thawed and our drinks were not cold. I did not know that when staying for a couple days there would be no maid service. However, we did empty our trash and got new towels from the maids carts. I would have asked first, but we never saw a maid just the carts. Cups in the room would be a good idea, as you have a coffee maker. We got ours from the front desk.

Kinda musty but nice, could be cleaner in corners of rooms and bigger tvs. Staff was too busy to get towels for the pool room (7 people total in pool areas). So I had to walk up to front desk soaked. Breakfast was decent, good variety of juice. Pancake maker.

Location was great . Love the theme of the place No cups at all by the coffee machine. 1 washcloth cloth . No shower gel Dirty handprint window Handprints on window treatments Lady at checkout didn’t seem to care at all

The jets in the hot tub weren't strong enough to actually make it bubble (may need to be serviced), but the overall size and temperature was nice. There's some structural improvements needed to the "rocks" that surround the hot tub...there's a hole in the facade and the waterfall wasn't working. The pool was nice, but cold, and there was only one pool towel left on the shelves when exiting. We walked back to our room VERY wet and dripping. The continental breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. Biscuits and gravy, eggs (no meats), yogurts, bagels, toast, pancake maker (they were VERY light in color when they came out), coffee, juice from a dispenser. I was hoping for a little more. Overall a pleasant stay and we would book there again!
