From the seamless check-in to our departure, the entire experience at this hotel was exceptional. Sarah and Mila demonstrated remarkable professionalism and top-notch customer service, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The valet attendant that night was very accommodating with our early morning departure set-up. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, omelets and make your own fresh waffles and then some! Parking was limited but we were provided with a ticket to park in a garage across the street.

The only downside was the parking lot wasn’t very big, but they had a public parking lot just a block away so it wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Columbia.
