My check in time at the hotel was 4:00 pm. I arrived at 3:30 pm and my room.was not ready. I had an event at 6:00 pm

The only thing good about our 2-night stay were the beds. Super comfortable. Otherwise - the hotel was under rennovation when we walked in the door - floors/wallpaper ripped up, materials/workers everywhere. We had no idea before we got there. The room itself looked like it needed a reno - bathroom looked very run down, shower head/water pressure was weak, and at night the overpowering scent of cigarettes/nicotine blew out of the vent. Didn't notice so much the first night because the door was closed; next night it was unknowingly cracked open and the smell was awful. I paid more to stay here because it was closer to the school (move-in day). Wish I hadn't. Hotel said renos going on for the next two years.

The hotel is under construction - beds were fine but the pillows and bedding were subpar. Only one working elevator out of three. Parking was convenient.

It was disgusting, bathtub has rust all over it! Tile Falling off and cracked

Location to what we were there for No coffee downstairs, staff at front desk seemed a bit Agitated at first but then warmed up Rate was way out of line for the hotel

Convenient location, comfortable room. Renovations under way in lobby, shower leaked, room wasn’t serviced. Friendly staff.

Excellent stay!

Work was being done in the hotel lobby and only one working elevator at the time of my stay. The self parking garage is nice as it is connected to the hotel. Only problem with parking is the gate to get out doesn’t always work and you have to wait to get car out. I waited with others over 5 minutes to get out.

The hotel is under construction. The rooms need an overhaul. The bathroom are nasty our soap was empty, call and was told they were out…what!!!!

It’s a convenient place on campus. Obviously, we’ll see how the upgrades come out when done, but you have to live with them now. Needs work. Room bathroom barely spits out water for showers and the built in shower is aging. Great location and overall not a bad hotel at all, but I can’t give it a 4-5 as a comparable yet. Still stay here more often than not due to location of campus needs.

Location Hotel under remodel we discovered upon check in. Lobby with tarp in various places, mega AC units blowing air out of ducks. We had a malfunctioning AC night one (stuck at 76). Valet was “gone for that night” for the night second night at 9:30pm. Bathroom was dated and grungy. Lastly- we stayed 3 nights and never once had our room serviced and we left early and were gone all day. There was no mention or signage stating anything about every other day or as requested etc. We had to request new towels each night that piled up on the floor,

They had no A/C , I was advise they would cancel the reservation ( 2 rooms) since we had to look for another hotel. But they said since it was through booking it had to be initiated by booking. It was done, they never responded, I got charged for 2 rooms that I couldnt use since they AC broke

I wasn't able to check in due to the failure of the AC system. So I had to relocate to another hotel. I was told I would pay for my stay once I arrived to the hotel and that was a lie I realized I had been charged the full amount that morning even before I even got there to check in.

Our room was clean and well kept, but the bathroom could use some general updating and repair. Hotel is in a great location to restaurants, and felt safe overall.

Wonderful stay! Construction going on right now but they were very accommodating.

Room was clean and quite comfortable. Valet parking is a plus for this hotel! In walking distance of everything we needed!
