Our room was clean and there was a decent breakfast spread. The hotel is under construction though, and we weren't aware of that ahead of time. It will look great when it's done!

Please was clean and peaceful! Only downside is that the ice machine wasn’t working on the 5th floor

Ice maker on 5th floor didn't work

The room was clean however the beds are VERY uncomfortable! Mattress are too soft not firm at all ! Caused aching body partsin the AM. Large cockroaches were seen throughout the hotel! Breakfast was there but the SAME every morning! Switch up with different foods.Also why charge a deposit for twice ? Should only be one deposit per booking not for each night !! Do better please!!!

Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. This happened Sunday night around 7pm so that management knows who was on duty. I went to the home by Hilton across the street and they were more than happy to accommodate us.

The air conditioner didn’t work. The room was muggy. The microwave didn’t work. I went downstairs before I left and I asked Lady can she bring towels and rags to my room she said yes when I got back two hours later, it was never in my room. I called downstairs. Another lady gonna say I have to come get it now.

Our stay was surprisingly great! It sits off the road and parking was adequate but not abundant due to storage trailers. Due to their renovations the rooms are like staying in a brand new motel. We were there for Army Basic Training Graduation the location was close to Fort Jackson making it very convenient. We had a room with 2 queen beds and the king suite. Loved the suite the pictures on the web site do not do it justice. It was great to have this larger room with sofa and chairs for our family to visit with our soldier after graduation. The staff worked with us to accommodate our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

They are remodeling on the first floor but it won’t affect your stay. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Enjoyed my stay would stay again

Check in and check out staff were friendly and pleasant. My only concern was i was told that the front doors will lock at 11 and access would be with room key; however, I was also told that the back door (which is an immediate access to the elevator)was only able to open with room key. Well, the back door was accessible to anyone. I watch many people open it without a key. I even opened it by just pulling on the handle. I contacted the front desk about it but nothing changed. I still was able to get in the hotel by just pulling on the door handle. I am aware that renovations are taking place but that is a level of security and safety that should have been addressed. That was my first and last time visiting that location.
