Upon entering the hotel, there was a very strong smell of Pinesol. The downstairs restroom was also left in an unacceptable condition. After a 7-hour drive and a long family day, we loaded the luggage cart, only to learn there was no elevator. The stairs were old, dirty, carpeted, and not air-conditioned. Our first room had a strong, unusual odor reminiscent of Fabulosa and possibly mold. It caused me significant anxiety, so I shifted to another family member’s room. The toilet was clogged, but was quickly fixed. The room phone did not work, and my room had no phone, only a clock as a substitute. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were flat. My uncle left during the night because he was uncomfortable breathing and found another hotel for himself. Breakfast was average, but meat would have been a nice addition. My aunt also reported seeing a roach in the breakfast area. Overall, the property needs better maintenance, cleanliness, and updating. I would not return or recommend.

So the place is great for the price. But the breakfast is something to be desired.. I made some suggestions to them. Price is great. But you get what you pay for. Great location

It's nice and comfortable. There's not enough handicap parking at the front door.

The hotel needs updating and is very basic. I would rate it as a 2½-star hotel. The location is good, which is a plus. The breakfast is very simple, but it is adequate. The online check-in did not work, so I had to complete the entire check-in process again at the front desk. The bathroom was a good size, but the showerhead was installed too low, making it uncomfortable to use. In addition, the shower curtain hung so far into the shower that it took up nearly half of the space, making it difficult to shower without constantly touching the curtain. The carpet was very dark, and my husband kept noticing a musty, flowery odor in the room. I had to use the Lysol spray that I always carry with me to help mask the smell.

Very rundown. Odd smell. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Didn’t leave enough towels or bathmat when cleaned. Would not stay here again.

Only 13 mins drive to forth Jackson The room was very outdated, and the furniture looked old and worn. The biggest issue was the bathroom, which needed to be fixed. There was black duct tape on the shower hanger, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The white bed sheets also had visible stains, which made me uncomfortable. I ended up going to Marshalls to buy my own bed sheets just so I could sleep. The location was convenient, but the cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and updates the rooms.

The close proximity to Ft Jackson base Everything was going well till my 6 year old grandson pointed out a carpet beetle on our bed disgusting I slept in the chair and put him on the little mat below the windowsill. Not enough towels either for 4 people only 2 bath , 2 hand & 2 face .. and dingy old . The breakfast was ok.
