Room was awesome. My only issue was they did not provide a complementary breakfast. Additionally the breakfast they did serve was only ok.

Everything was wonderful! The location, gated parking, cooling pillows, comfortable bed, just everything! There isn't anything to not like!

Our top choices. This one was not clean and had a bad animal smell on our floor. Bar and staff at the bar was amazing. Food quality was poor.

This hotel is located on Broadway in downtown Columbus, Georgia. It is what Columbus refers to as a boutique hotel. We were there one night. It was clean and well appointed. We didn't have any problems. We did not visit any dining or other amenities offered. Very helpful staff.

The staff exhibited a textbook example of the "NO" approach to customer service--and, worse, they lied. Here's what happened: The sliding glass door in our bathroom did not close. When I called the front desk, they told me there was no maintenance staff on duty. When I asked to move to another room, they said there was not one available--that they were fully booked. I looked at Booking.com, which showed at least 5 rooms of the same type available that night in that hotel. I asked to speak to the manager and was told at first that they were unavailable until the next day. Finally, when we returned from dinner, the manager had appeared, and she told me that a repairman would be coming to fix the door. He finally arrived sometime around 10:00, and proceeded to break the glass door in the process of trying to get it back on it's track. He said he would just sweep up the tiny shards of glass and it would be fine. I really didn't want to spend the night walking around barefoot in a room with a broken glass door and splinters on the floor, so, I went back downstairs, and the manager finally agreed to move us to another room. We got into that room after 11:00. If they had just moved us to a new room when we first asked, this review would have been very different.

Hotel staff, especially the room attendants, were welcoming, and engaging. The grounds, lobby, rooms, and hallways were nearly immaculate in appearance. The showers feel small and cramped and its sliding glass door was noisy and seemed flimsy. While I like the aesthetic of the glass bathroom door, I would be concerned if I had a younger child. The sprays of the shower heads a showing signs of rust or hardware build-up. I’ve enjoyed a greater selection of tea and sweetener options. Honey and Stevia would have great options for tea drinker like myself, who enjoy tea but avoid artificial sweeteners and prefer to avoid sugar.
