Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park

The hotel was cool. It definitely needs some upgrades starting with smart TVs. That was one of my biggest takeaways and the pool needs to be renovated that’s about it

Exceptional

The staff. They are the only thing that saves this hotel. They were very accommodating and friendly. The beds were clean. No signs of bed bugs and no stains. The sheets were clean. This place is not a 3 star hotel by any means. There were several visibly dirty areas in the room and bathroom. There were things that were damaged and falling apart. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The eggs are inedible and there are no options so any carbs. No bread of any kind. One small container of coffee. It's most certainly not a 3 star hotel breakfast. All breakfast is is waffles you have to make, three different cereal, turkey sausage, and terrible eggs.

The location was fine One of my rooms had a problem with the door. Management is ignoring me about it and I want my money back for that room. The room was not slept in

The breakfast was not very good.

Breakfast was great, the scrambled eggs were very good. The lady who worked there overnights who prepared the breakfast was so nice and very helpful. (I did not get her name) all of the staff were very nice. The hotel is located in a very nice area with lots of places to eat and shop. Staying in Columbus was very good and all the people are very friendly and nice. We were there for 5 days and our beds were never made in the morning. On the third day the maid came by and asked if we needed anything. We needed the garbage taken out and clean towels. She was very nice and we the clean towels were in our room when we arrived back that afternoon. She did check the next day to see if we needed anything else. The hot water was not hot. it was lukewarm and one evening it was cool never got warm. The last day we were there we saw 2 bugs in the room. one in the bathroom and another in one of our bags.

This was the absolute worst experience. Because I was desperate for a room and other options were booked I still stayed 2 of my 3 booked nights, but they cancelled my whole reservation and charged me for the night I was desperately trying to warn them about. The front desk was useless and the manager flat out refused to honor the Expedia rate or credit the night back — despite ignoring every single attempt I made to contact them. The room was disgusting. Obviously not vacuumed. Humid and damp. Ripped shower curtain. Toenail clippings on the floor by the fridge. The “indoor pool” was a murky green swamp. And to top it off, housekeeping started pounding on my door at 9:30am — every 10 minutes — when checkout wasn’t until 11. Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and a waste of money. Stay anywhere else.

Service very good

The location is good. Plenty of restaurants around however a little confusing to get to Rooms smelled like a closet that had been closed up. Toilet seat was coming off the toilet. Outlets didn’t work. Outlet that light was plugged in was falling off the backboard. The floor had a very strong order of a smokable substance

Cleanliness and friendliness Location is alittle difficult to find.
