The price One of the beds was broken. The manager on duty was rude. I asked him to come get my trash. He never did. I had to get it myself, and then when we tried to leave and get our deposit, he. Refused to give it to us saying we didn't take out the trash and it was his fault which we took the trash out, had to find the dumpster also. The door felt like we were just about to be locked in from the inside didn't have adequate amount of towels or wash rags had to call up to the front to ask for soap, but the soap bars kept breaking.\n The sheets inside of the room. Upon one bed, had a stain, so we slept on the top cover. Because after trying to contact the front office. So many times there was no answer. And when they finally did answer one of those times nobody ever showed up to the room. Also, the provider that's supposed to also, you could see directly under the door.\n When when I walked out of the room, there was a gentleman in the pool to offer for my kids to go hitting to swim, saying that they had just gotten through chemical putting chemicals in the pool, and the pool was now open yet. It was a gentleman watching my kids. This is not a good place or a safe place. Last but not least just before I got ready to check out. Yes, I do smoke cigarettes, but I did not smoke anything nothing in the room. I\n Smoked outside in my car, but they complained and kept the deposit for about 6 small tobacco plates that came out of my cigarette box.\n This is outrageous.\n If you choose this hotel Choose at your own risk.

The staff was very friendly The room was very gross. The door was filthy, the bathroom door looked like a mechanic that never washed their hands lived in it. The cabinet door for the fridge was thick with sticky stuff. The entry door had no seal around it, so you could literally see 1/4” of light from outside all around. There were sketch people loitering all hours of the night. It was just overall terrible.

The location was ok not the best they charged a extra $50 on top of room stay service was poorly room was not clean properly it was hair in shower white stains on sofa cover It smell like smoke inside the room it had cigarette butts in trash can old used soap in shower

We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles. The property staff never emptied the trash cans outside so it was just piled up in the walk ways that you had to walk past. Also it was right outside our room so the hot trash smell was over whelming. They did not have clean towel for us. I was told to come back in a hour for some, and then told to come back the next day. We ended up going to Walmart to buy our own. Staff were friendly until you needed something and then they were rude. None of the ice machines worked. Over all the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was horrible. The first room didn’t have any shower curtains…we were moved to another room and it was worse…The sheets were so dirty I was disgusted.
