The property looked as if it was under construction. The elevator was out of order, along with them not having a room available after booking online.

Nothing staff was friendly Pool was half full and look terrible hall ways smelled like weed and urine rooms were 2 out of 10 ceiling had hint piece hanging the signage still said La Quinta it was over pretty bad

Nothing Everything… I had to change my room twice and still wasn’t not happy both rooms were disgusting the tv and air was not working ceiling falling apart molded and mildew as you walk through the hallway

There were multiple roaches in my room to where I had to purchase bug spray and combats to feel somewhat comfortable

Terrible place smells smoke and in my staying of three days the never clean the room we even go to get towels but they don’t have it. Place need to close seriously

We booked a room with three beds several months ago. The morning of our booking, we got a call from the property explaining that they had not had any rooms with three beds for more than a year, and could not explain why we were able to book the room. They initially stated that they would be unable to provide a different option and that we would need to contact Booking.com to cancel. About 5 minutes later, they called back offering to instead provide us two rooms, one with two beds and the other with one bed, for the price of the initial booking. That seemed acceptable, so we agreed. When we drove up to the property, we thought it was abandoned. The building and property in general were in a terrible state of disrepair and poor upkeep. There was an old La Quinta sign on the street, the signage on the building was painted over with black, and there was no Travelodge by Windham branding on the property. When I went inside to ask if I had the correct property, they knew about my booking and said that the property simply hadn't been rebranded. However, it did not feel safe to stay there, for reasons that I have explained in greater detail to Booking.com. We immediately left the property and contacted Booking.com to demand a cancellation and refund, and instead we had to drive another six hours home after having already driven six hours to Columbus that morning.

I liked when I left. Everything about this place elevator broke no running water in the shower or bath. Toilet didn't flush

The pillows… It is not what is advertised online. Apparently they have been a Travelodge for over a year and the signs have not been changed and still says LaQuinta, no free breakfast at all as advertised and only had coffee which was not even drinkable, elevators were out, smelled musky and old. It was not what worth what the price is at all.

Exceptional

Nothing I did not like walking in and smelling marijuana. I did not like 30% ceiling tiles missing and water dripping into a bucket. I did not like going into my room to find no sheets, etc. I went to the desk and let the young lady know and and she handed me a set of sheets! I did not like having to make my own bed when I had paid for three nights. We only stayed one night, although 3 were paid for because the manager was not there the first night to cancel our reservations. We still haven't been refunded for the two nights. We had to go pay for a decent hotel for the next two nights. We used a third party to book and I have let them know the condition of his property so they will not recommend it. To say I was disappointed would be an extreme understatement.

Is not habitable. Roaches crawling on the floors. Swimming pool was black water with moss growing. Holes in the walls. Window covering falling off window. Smoke ridden. Elevator broken. Refused to stay at facility. Still waiting on refund. Prepaid thru Hotels.com. Do not stay here. This place should be closed by the city. A complaint to the city will be done on first business day.

Booking.com should be ashamed to have this hotel associated with their company. I would highly recommend looking for another place to stay unless you like sleeping with bugs, showering in filthy shower and no ac in the room. Also, this is not a smoke free hotel

Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.

First this isnt travel lodge it’s Laquinta which use to be decent. Elevator broken, sockets not working, one light bub in room was blown, no iron.
