We waited several minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. They did let us check in early which was appreciated but we did not get the room we reserved 7 months prior. Hotel blamed it on 3rd party. Im pretty sure we paid for a better room than we received.

Everything was great. Evening shift front desk was awesome and friendly. Breakfast crew was incredible. Location was perfect! Pool could have been scrubbed, the bottom was pretty slick from mildew, but everything else was great. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Problem with broken sink stopper, slow draining, and no extra roll of toilet paper provided. Also, shampoo and body wash containers by the tub were empty.
