The AC in our room was VERY load so it was hard to sleep.

Check in one floor up from street level is bizarre and confusing. Especially when you don't have elevator access without room card. Morning person needs to walk through property to ensure random trash is discarded and cans are emptied. Rugs at sliding doors need to be more frequently vacuumed.

The place smelled great when you walked in very clean , however our room was just ok didn’t get much sleep he AC was so loud every time it kicked in it would wake me up , we had two beds one was soft one was hard , someone forgot to clean the poop splatter from the underneath the toilet seat kinda gross , easy fix though I simply cleaned it off and washed my hands ten times lol

Checkin hostess was terrible. Never told us anything about using keyboards for elevator. Waited a hour for a cart to take things to the room. No cart had to make 3 trips myself. I'm almost 71 and have had a heart attack. Wasn't really happy with all that and she didn't seem to bother her at all. Also saw other visitors with the same problem. But talked to some quest that was told everything. Manger needs to step up!!!!!!

Clean and conveniently located near OSU campus. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our daughter hurt her ankle during our visit and they held her ice packs in the freezer. Electric vehicle chargers on site. Really cute, quirky rooms with comfortable workspace. Enjoyed our stay.
