At check-in, they told us that THEY ONLY DO THE ROOMS EVERY OTHER DAY. That was a big surprise. And after 4 nights, THEY NEVER DID OUR ROOM. I mentioned it at checkout, and they apologized and said I would receive extra Hyatt points, which I have not yet received. Breakfast had scrambled eggs every day, but bacon/sausage only 3 of the 4 mornings. Not good. (the lady working the breakfast is great). Casting on the hotel’s TVs does not work well. I called the front desk to request help, and they send a guy, reset the TV and left without checking if the problem was actually fixed….WHICH IT WASN’T. BIGGEST RED FLAG. On our last night there was a break-in of seven cars parked in the Hotel’s parking lot and the hotel’s cameras, if any, were not very useful. Otherwise, location is good.

Great hotel for sure. Super cozy and close to everything. Only problem is the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people above us and next to us all day and all night. If this happens again, i will more than likely ask for a room switch, where i can find peace and quiet.

We had a quick 1 night stay here with our dog. The hotel backs right up to a paved trail so it’s a great option if you are traveling with a dog. Monique at the front desk was so friendly and courteous. Overall the hotel was very clean and well kept. There was a stain on one of the sheets on our bed, but everything else felt clean and sanitized.

Great stay! Clean room, breakfast was very good. The outside patio was nice to have a drink and relax.

The entire property had problems. For over two weeks with an elevator not working. When in the reception area people coming down to the lobby were stopping by the front desk with room problems. We moved to another room bec the first was dirt and sink cracked and the second room was also dirty.

Overnight stay and only 1 elevator was working. Sometimes waited 15 minutes for elevator. I was told they were waiting on a part. Have stayed here previously and no problems. Will definitely go back!

Location was good. Parking was easy. Carpets in front of elevator and in hallways were dirty. Only one elevator was in service. The breakfast was horrible. Cold eggs & breakfast potatoes. Bacon was raw. Front desk staff was more interested in her phone than in taking care of checking us in.

The location was nice and the size of the room was great It was dirty. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and they offered nothing due to this.

Room was very nice, breakfast was good with lots of choices. But we had no elevator and on the 5th floor and staff was no help! One was broke when we got there and the second one went down shortly after. Need to fix this immediately

The room was very spacious & the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options to please any picky eater.

Nice location and beds were comfortable. Nice layout. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We struggled getting the tv to work and the hotel bar out of a lot of things. No exhaust in the bathroom kinda sucked too.

Hotel was nice. We booked through a 3rd party website and although it said breakfast was included, there was no signage as to what the breakfast hours were. It was not in the lobby, the elevators, or the QR code of hotel info in our room. Had we slept in 15 min later we and our 2 children would have missed breakfast.

The hotel had one of the best hotel gyms.
