Love this hotel. Quiet and lovely

Amazing stay! From check in (the attendant at the desk was so nice) to check out (again, a different attendant was amazing)

Hotel was amazing and so was the breakfast buffet. However the staff at the desk acted as if it was an inconvenience to have to answer any questions and there were no other customers at the desk. So it was bit like they were even busy.

Lady with the glasses was so rude and hateful for breakfast. She was slamming dishes down and told me to move and get going. The worst Embassy ever

Hotel was beautiful, great location, the staff was super friendly and eager to help, hotel was clean and everything I would need.

It is totally wrong that we were never told about a $5 per day parking fee. How is someone supposed to get into a remote part of Westerville without a car. If you stay there, you have a car. The fee should have been included in the room price. Also, we checked out and were never informed of a parking fee. Ditto for check in. In my opinion this is fraud and had a serious impact on my opinion of the hotel that otherwise would have been very positive.

Columbus embassy was great. I had a hiccup with reservation so I had to rebook with the hotel. The only issue that arouse.

Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We will stay here again.

Our room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the complementary drinks and snacks and breakfast was also very good! One of the elevators was down . The one thing in our room that was bad was the glasses in the kitchenat had lipstick smudging on them.

We ended up having to switch rooms due to a strong sewer smell in the room. It was not a smooth switch initially and we had to call/stop by the front desk a several times maintenance and house keeping came by, but as soon as we spoke to the young lady at the front she got us taken care of. The second room was clean and did not have a sewer smell. Room has plenty of space to move around - beds are full size. Beds were okay, pillows were extremely soft. TVs worked well. Overall the room was fine, the whole hotel gives a little outdated.

The location and breakfast was great. My bed was awfully uncomfortable. The computer systems went down in the middle of my check-in so they had to change computers. This caused my card to be pending on double the charges for everything. That money is on hold in my account and I couldn’t access it until 4 days later when the double charge fell out of the system. This caused me many problems.

The pool is crumbling in spots, the water was foggy, so much so you couldn’t even see your legs in the water. I understand it is a hotel and things get missed but obviously no one is inspecting whatever the housekeeping services are doing in the rooms. I took photos and will be sharing them on google reviews as well. I am super upset because it was not cheap and the photos online are extremely misleading.
