A/C unit could not lower the temp in our room during our two night stay. Parts of the room, like the drinking glasses, were not cleaned between nights. 3 Elevators are inadequate for 8 floors of guests, especially when the stairs are alarmed to exit on ground level. 1 elevator was out the whole time we were there. Breakfasts were ok, nothing to write home about.

Everything was wonderful

Granddaughter vomited on carpet and my $150 deposit wasn't refunded... i think thats excessive for carpet cleaning... we cleaned most of it up

The room was clean and comfortable, Food was excellent, and staff was friendly and helpful!

The young woman who helped me was exceptional. Very nice, kind, and respectful. The hotel was beautiful, from the entrance to the room. I didn't get to try the breakfast, I was very tired after a long trip, but I would have liked to. Nothing everything was good

Loved the property. Very nice staff. The front desk lady’s were amazing. Couldn’t ask for a nicer clean place to stay. The evening happy hour was nice. Breakfast was great !! My only complaint which is a big one the third bed they offer, which is the pullout couch is absolutely horrible. I’m 55 years old and my back is totally shot because of the bed if you’re counting on that bed to be comfortable for anyone over 10 years old you’re wrong. They should not advertise this as something comfortable or a third bed to stay in. It’s absolutely terrible. They should advertise it !

The location was close to the meeting places we had arranged. However, what we didn't know was that the area had become crime prone and the hotel management has done nothing to protect guests' property or to inform them of these problem. We had planned to leave early in the morning on our last day, only to find that our car windows were smashed, as were those of other guests' cars. Turns out this is not the first time this has happened, and the hotel staff knew about this and simply handed us a complaint form. Only when we made a fuss did they had us the non-emergency police number so we could file a complaint (which we did). As it was early and the maintanince staff was not there yet there was not even a broom available to sweep up the glass in the car. Needless to say this delayed all our meetings that day, and we had go to replace our rental car. This was really not treatment we expected from a hotel in the chain!!

Nice staff, nice bar lady, excellent steak dinner ordered through the bar.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. Has a nice breakfast! The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear and there were some musty odors in our room. It was still a decent stay.

Best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was not the cleanest, carpet definitely needs cleaning and when we were doing our final check to ensure we hadn’t left anything there was trash in under the bed. First & last time staying here. Also they charge $5 a day to park, maybe I missed that in the information before I booked. Weird because the hotel is in an office building area but close to a residential community and there is plenty of parking.

Everything was so well prepared. The staff was super nice. Everything was very taken care of. Loved it.

Our room smelled like sewage. They only had a room with 2 double beds available and that wouldn’t work for us. Not pleasant to sleep in for 5 nights.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety. They also had a chef for made to order omelettes and a complimentary happy hour. We will definitely plan to return when we visit Columbus in the future!

The pull out bed was stained and the bedding for the pull out looked like it had some mystery fluids on it.
