Aloft Columbus Westerville

This is our go to when in the columbus area. The hotel's staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and spacious, and it's convenient to lots of restaurants. Also the bar is hopping! Great living room space in the lobby to hang out; nice outdoor space too.

Blood splatter on the back of our room door. We told the staff and no one cleaned it. We had mold on the back of our pillows. Check in process took a very long time.

Very nice staff and facility.

Just make guests know that the breakfast area is closed Monday and Tuesday. Not a big deal since breakfast is not included and there are plenty of places within a short walk.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this location. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Bed and pillows are comfy. Will be back again.

Arrived on Friday evening only to be told that are reserved room with king size bed was not available. Clerk was rude in explaining that their policy was to give out room on first come basis regardless of reservations . Was offered a handicap room that had a king bed but then the shower temperature was not stable and fluctuated between too hot and too cold. We’ve stayed at the Aloft in Westerville many times and hope this was just a one off situation

Staff made it!!!

We truly loving staying at Aloft Westerville. It is close to our families residence. We were able to use the Courtyard to visit together. The weekend bartender was the BEST! She was very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed the weekend.

Staff were decent, room didn’t have breakfast included even though it’s expensive. No microwave, mold in the shower, weird smell, dirty sheets, what looks like dried blood on the carpet. You’re better off going to the holiday inn.
