The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was clean. The security outside was the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire life of traveling. My car was vandalized and property was stolen. Windows were shattered on my new 2026 Ford F150 that was purchased only 1 month ago while I would assume security watched it all go down. I missed the event I traveled to Columbus to attend (a wedding), and had to drive 3 hours back to Michigan with plastic bags on the passenger side windows .

15 cars and trucks were broke into. I was disappointed in the pillows.

The parking lot on one side was blocked off, I accidentally missed the entrance and went around the corner and had to back track another 10 mins just to swing back to the 1st entrance because you cant turn left into it. Other than that it was a great stay
