Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus/Easton, OH

I love just about everything. The location was perfect. Ww visit Columbus often since moving away. We enjoyed the convenience of shopping without a far commute. It was a late check in and last minute as the hotel we wanted didn’t have space for our big family. The staff was very accommodating and compassionate. Christina at the front desk went above and beyond while we stayed. I love how she handled all things that came up. We will book again. How easy it was for outsiders to get in. It was complicated to get to when its two buildings with the same address.

The front desk lady was very busy because of her staff, but she was sooooooooooo kind! Not anything to be honest.

Our room was given away and we were given the run around for over 2 hours. Would not recommend

Didn’t get the room I booked for , the room was okay , the staff were nice, Breakfast was good besides the waffle maker was sticking really bad! Kitchen was really nice and organized and Clean.

Our room was really nice and accommodated the space for 5 of us!! I love having the kitchenette in the room for all the food we have to travel with for the 2 Littles.
