All the vending machines weren't working There was no supplies in the bathroom There was a $15 charge per day for parking on the property Whats that for? Extra charge for what?

Good property near osu campus with nice gym and decent free breakfast. Only thing that stuck in the craw was being greeted at the front desk with an extra parking fee for “gated parking” $15/night. There were no gates to get in but the exit has one so essentially just a cash grab. Overall solid comparatively speaking with other hotels in this price range near campus.

Nothing We weren't given the room we booked. Outlets and charge points didn't work. There were roaches running around. The beds we're uncomfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was large enough for my family. Breakfast was good. The pool was not clean and the towels in that area were never stocked. The staff attempted to charge us for our service animal upon arrival even though the animal was vested and we had contacted the hotel ahead of time. There was never an attendant watching for vehicles that shouldn’t have been parked in the lot as we were told there would be and we never had a handicap parking space during our stay.

Its a nice location in Columbus Ohio. Everything else was terrible Staff was poorly trained. Took 30 minutes to check in. Pool area was not secured. There was a trash bag festering and stinky left in the hallway overnight. Full trash bag from a hallway trash mind you. Not one from a room. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. Terrible water pressure. The fridge in the room still its protective cellophane on it but was very worn. Lamp wasn't plugged in. USB ports didn't charge. The room smelled like urine. The doors didn't shut and felt cheap. Just a bad experience overall. I've never had a bad experience with ihg or holiday inn. But id never stay here again. They bragged in emails about being privately owned. Terrible rag I'm this instance.

Location was good Was not able to use pool and breakfast was missing most items. Air conditioner smelled with visible mold, room was noisy. Had to pay extra for parking and there wasn’t even enough parking available.

Close to medical center. Very skimpy breakfast. No cinnamon buns, pancake maker empty, food was cold. No alarm clock in my room. Little flying black bugs in room and dinning room. Charged us $10 to park our car in their parking lot. Picked another place to stay for our next trip in a couple weeks

Very nice staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable. The pool had too much chlorine in it, was burning our eyes.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Loved that you still had a hot tub and it was actually clean and working! The hotel was much nicer than we expected for a Holiday Inn. If the price was not so expensive we would stay again. Did not realize parking was additional as I had already been charged $400 for a room that should only have cost $200 by booking.com. We appreciated the shuttle to the concert but didn't realize we had to pay extra for it and it only got us part way there and did not pick us up.
