Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus OSU

Contacted hotel staff with issues and they were addressed immediately! Breakfast had many options and was very delicious. Everything was in close proximity to itinerary. Will come back anytime I come to Ohio.

The suite was beautiful! It was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils including pots and pans. We did not hear any noise in the hallways or by other hotel rooms in our vicinity. The cleaning staff came in everyday and made beds and refreshed towels. The breakfast buffet included hot food and breakfast meats. The hotel staff greeted us when coming in and out and offered bottles of water. We would definitely come here again!!

Love everything about this hotel, including the location near the OSU campus. Plan to stay here again on our next visit to Columbus in September.

The continental breakfast had many options to choose from. The fitness room was great, had much more than your typical hotel. Spacious and clean hotel room and bathroom. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to the OSU campus.

Staff was amazing! A few things missing from our room(coffee decanter, ice bin, etc) but they replaced them as soon as we let them know. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is the pool description was way off. It was a tiny indoor pool in a room with no windows to outside.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The floor was dirty. There was no body wash in the dispenser.

Everything from the room, breakfast, fitness room, anf hotel interior were very good, parking close is not always doable. The lot can be quite a walk to the front door.

All was good except the sofa-bed we need to use. We found some food crumbs and a small insect, a sign that the sofa is not cleaned regularly.

Loved the kitchenette in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Great place to stay

Amazing stay the place was beautiful and clean. I took my daughter down for a concert it was a quick walk to the arena. Our battery died on our door for our key and we went to the desk and they had someone up and changing it within 5 mins and the receptionist refused to leave our side until we was in our room. Definitely will be back!!!

I like the way the room looked The toilet tissue and paper towel had been used by prior guest and there was hair in the shower from a prior guest

The staff is always great & the rooms are alert clean
