Relax Inn by OYO Columbus OH I 70

Let me back up, the hotel/motel was not in the best of places, my fault for not doing a little homework when choosing a place to stay for one night. The room was clean, however the bathroom was disgusting. Repairs had been made in the small bathroom however, the walls had a texture finish and the repairs were vey obvious. The tub was NOT clean at all. It was disgusting. Which then takes me to the towels. Definitely needed replaced, one towel had a clear stain on it and towels overall were thin and not exactly white. The bed was adequate, but the three pillows on the bed were flat. I did do a quick bedbug check and did not find anything. There was some type of cleaning (?) solution on the floor which made it very slippery. The room air conditoner is basically a residential model and either you freeze or it bakes you. Not likely I would repeat a stay at this location.

Los Housekeeping no limpia bien. Mis pies pone bien sucia. yo caminaba las bañeras, está roto los colchones tiene plástico, no me dejan dormir, hace mucho ruido cuando te voltean

The roaches crawling up the wall.....

Air conditioning was weak and on high AC it was hummid and there were roaches near the bathroom

Feces in the toilet when I arrived. Shower did not work at all … no water from the shower head. Coffee maker did not work. Filthy. Bedspread was vile.

I booked a non-smoking room and arrived around 10 PM to check in. As soon as I opened the door, it felt like there was a smoking party held inside. It felt like smoke all over. As a non-smoker, I woke up in the morning with really bad sinus inflammation which turned out to be a bad cold that lasted over 2 weeks. I had a really horrible experience.

No phone number to call properties when you find one they say your next in line then hang up on you do went with red roof Inn

The reviews state there are bed bugs and roaches. No refund policy. Refused to refund me after I refused to stay in such an establishment. Do not book!

It was a last minutes stay for a concert we was attending in Columbus for the weekend because our BNB was cancelled. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. For was filthy, shower was gross and half the outlets didn't work. The sink only ran hot water. Had to brush our teeth with hot water. The AC was so noisy could hardly sleep through the night. Terrible experience all around.

Our toilet didn't work and they would not fix it or give us a new room. They suggested that we walk to the gas station to use their bathroom. The room had roaches and ants. The bedding was dirty. This stay was an absolute nightmare.

Very bad experience!

This property is meant for junkies and homeless people who need a place to crash for a night or two. The price is too expensive for the property condition, If you are not junky avoid it.

Staff wanted us to check the room to see if still occupied bc they didnt know...Tv but no remote. Bathroom light didn't work.

Non smoking room that stunk so bad I couldn't wait to shower and get on my way. There was no heater for this room.
