The couch and linen were stained, there was active black mold in the bathroom, potential mold on the ceiling of the main room, it was not a "suite" with multiple rooms as advertised, and the TV remote didn't work. Breakfast was fine tho.

Hotel is dated. Located in a run down area. I should have done better research before booking. The staff on the other hand were very helpful and courteous.

Well overall it’s wasn’t bad but I we got there the elevators were down and we had to take the stairs to the third floor which was not convenient considering I have small children and languages. The rooms were very large and it the shower was clean. The breakfast was delicious, self-serve and a lot of variety.

Lobby and hallways look nice. The rooms smell damp with no ventilation. Shower/tub were disgusting and vanity was warped. There were giant holes in the wall where you could tell a full length mirror previously hung. The elevator was broken and had to take the stairs for 2 days. The surrounding area is rundown. The incidental fee is more than what I was told over the phone before arrival. Would not stay again. There are nicer hotels for just a few dollars more. Overall disappointed. Don’t bring your family here. Not worth the price.

The Sewer smells very Bad in my room 😕 I wasn't not happy about that. Now what you all do about for me to make me want to come back it would be nice if I can get a free day or something 🤔

Staff were very kind and helpful. Property could use some attention. I only stayed 1 night.

The bed was dirty, no towels, the first day when I left and came back at night the room was still dirty and no towels…the smell of the room was horrendous… last night was my last day there was people slamming, screaming, punching the walls I called reception she said there was nothing going on .. after I called reception they were back at it yelling, screaming, punching I couldn’t sleep all night.. overall I will never stayed at the comfort inn… I felt like leaving the same night .

Just know I’ll never come here or suggest this place to anyone lol. I came in Thursday with my daughter and 4 very bags. Wasn’t greeted or walked in with crazy eyes immediately. I sit down cause my daughter is sleep and I’m alone then moments after I check in. First thing I was told is that I smell like weed so if I smoke on property I will be getting fined. I haven’t smoked anything since I was 17. The way she said that so loud in front of me and my child was so unnecessary. Then randomly I get charged a 250 deposit fee. I never been to a hotel where the deposit fee is that much. I only spent 456 on my hotel that deposit fee was crazy. Then my tv was broken as soon as I got in there. I went to tell her and she said yeah the connection is bad ???? Well I want a room with a tv that works lol I have my daughter. She came in the room and clicked a few buttons and the tv still didn’t work. Rooms had random stains in the wall. I took a shower and some words popped up on the bathroom door idk what they used to keep that up there but that shows the bathroom doors doesn’t be cleaned. Overall my experience here was terrible I won’t be back not that the lady at the front desk cares lol. I guess that’s how life is when you’re black and minding your business. Also said it would take 10 days for my deposit to come back.

The TV didn’t work in the room. The front desk clerk immediately moved me to a better room and made sure everything worked properly.

Clean and comfortable The booking was misleading than the hotel itself. Expecting heated pool on the rooftop was misleading

Great air conditioning, nice beds, soft sheets, big rooms. Breakfast is ehh, very same every day, precooked frozen omelets, crappy fake bacon, basic hotel breakfast. For this price one expects better breakfast. No restaurant at hotel. Super sweet breakfast lady will greet you like a dear old friend and pick up after you like your mom.

Breakfast wasn't that great. Staff, Liz was wonderful, very helpful and nice. The rooms were just okay; towels were old and some stains. TV never worked, couldn't get any channels to work, disappointed that I couldn't see the news.

Pretty fun down and smelled like weed, but it was okay

We found a crack pipe in our room the pool was down and the breakfast was horrible the place smelled like pot and sewer. We left a day early.

-Helpful, friendly staff -Easy check-in/ Check- out -Hot breakfast (good eggs) The bad: -Difficult location to find, even with Google Maps and Apple Maps. Location is somewhat hidden near an industrial type of location. More signs and lighting would help. -ELEVATOR BROKE overnight so very inconvenient to get belongings from rooms to parking lot. -One of my rooms had just 1 towel. -Pullout bed was disgusting. And no sheets to cover it. -I had 2 rooms- they were not next to one another. -Broken, old AC unit in front of one of the rooms. -Bath tub dirty. -Breakfast sausages were hard. Coffee was pretty watered down. -PEE in a recycling bin in one of the bathrooms! -Place not well maintained overall. Poor in appearance.

Our sink drain was clogged and had to repair the toilet. It was constantly filling the tank without stopping.

The young gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. He was on top of his job! He didn't allow people that weren't staying at that hotel hang out in his property, and that was definitely a plus! The rooms were clean and newly renovated. A lot of options for the complimentary breakfast. A big pool was there to be used, just a little cold. Over all stay was pleasant. Would stay again there.
