Out side of the rooms were very dirty and smelly.

I like the little table in the cushion booth that was nice you need to have a guide so we know where the channel is all the TV The bed was a little bit too hard for us wasn't a very good sleep

I like the stuff Everything was good

Everything was great for the price the only issue I had was the bathtub drained slowly so it filled up while showering. The staff was great and the pool and hot tub were nice for the family.

Cons: this hotel was in horrible shape. The walkways to rooms were all rotted thru and so as she walked, the old plywood would squish under you. It had broken through in many spots and they had put traffic cones over it so you didn’t fall into the holes. It looked nothing like the pictures, the pictures have clearly gone through AI editing. As we drove up to it, it almost looked like it had been abandoned for years. There was a large homeless encampment directly adjacent to the hotel, so there were homeless people passed out on drugs, literally in front of the hotel on the sidewalks. With everything falling apart and nothing being maintained, nothing felt safe. The doors and locks were very flimsy. There was no breakfast available, even though it was advertised, and there was no housekeeping whatsoever. Once you check in, they do not come to replenish anything or clean until after you check out. There is a large amount of people who live there and were doing laundry and hanging it out on all the railings in the walkways. It was a rough group living there. The room smelled badly of urine and marijuana. The sheets were clean, and the towels were clean, but the carpet was pretty disgusting and there was stains, dripping down a lot of the walls. The TVs are super old and have some random cable channels. I would definitely not go back and would pay a little bit extra money to stay somewhere a little bit safer

My Cousin came from Bakersfield for my Uncle funeral, and they stole my Cousins truck from the parking lot. The staff there was no help and the police are telling him. They have to take weeks to get a warrant to get the videos.

The staff was very approachable. My room was clean only there were some mosquitoes The hallway/corridors were not very clean. At night, on the first floor there was a lot of noise by the pool and when staff were moving their carts or something.

The room was decent, night spectacular. But the light switches were dirty and hadn't been wiped down. The area looked nothing like the picture advertised on the website. Los of homeless people camping out near the parking lot where we park. Lobby doors closed and locked so check on was they an intercom.

No towels, No shampoo, and the AC was leaking in the room - when I went to turn it off my socks got all wet :( The bed was comfortable, shower was clean. :)
