Hampton Inn Concord

All of the staff at this Hampton are always very friendly and helpful! The property is always clean and welcoming! I travel to Concord at least once a month and this is the only place I've stayed.

The staff were amazing, professional and friendly. The breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again when I am in Concord

It was very close to the freeway and could sometimes hear it.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, breakfast was included and delicious, and free EV charging was icing on the cake! We would definitely stay there again.

Location seemed to be a bit sketchy, however. you needed your key card just to get into the front door. yet, the parking lot was easily accessible from the street allowing anyone to break into a car. nothing happened, but such a dichotomy. no security o the property whatsoever. the "free" breakfast was just barely ok. the egg dish was a folded over cheese omelet that was not particularly enticing, potatoes barely cooked. I opted for the breakfast cereal. Muffins not tasty nor visually appealing. You want people to come back, make the "free" breakfast more attractive and tastier. any exactly why in what appears to be a "new" hotel, are there window AC units that are noisy? Put in central AC so it doesn't keep you awake when it shuts on in the middle of the night. Again, not bad, but certainly not rememberable.

Good hotel, clean and well kept. The breakfast was decent. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest and fills with unsavoury characters after dark, but the hotel has put in security to isolate the hotel as best as they can. I feel this is a overall symptom of Concord.

Clean rooms, attentive staff. In room WiFi was good for online gaming. Gym was in good order and enough stuff to get a good workout.

I was charged $10.00 for parking. I did not know this until after I received my invoice. The manager was very rude.

The women at the front desk were friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early. The room was a good size and nicely laid out. The king bed was very comfortable. There were two armchairs in the room -one at a desk and one with a standing breakfast table. There was a microwave and a mini frig in the room. The bathroom was a good size with a large modern shower and countertops and a couple of shelves near the sink. The hotel provided a very good hot breakfast along with cold cereals and fruit. We will definitely stay here again1 The only thing missing was a pool but the property did not have land on which to have a pool.
