We booked with ESA animals, after calling the customer service number which turned out to not be the customer service at all, no corporate number and the manager was unavailable most mornings, we followed the website and then were asked to leave anyway. The first day the door on the room broke and we couldn't get in the room, we had to move to another room whose door was also broken, but at least opened. The bathroom door didn't latch closed a d the cabinet doors were falling off. The staff seemed nice, but everything they told us was contradicted by the manager who stated they didn't know what they were talking about. The manager refused to contact corporate stating she didn't have a number for them but we could email them and wait for a response but that we couldn't stay the remainder of our paid stay waiting for an answer. All in all it was the most stressful 4 days of our stay in North Carolina.

Hotel isn’t the worst I’ve stayed in but the AC didn’t work in our room and when we called to let them know they didn’t care, didn’t try moving us to another room or anything. So our room all night was hot and had no air movement. Personally will not stay here again.

Very disappointed with this location. Fly employees in from out of state to stay here, giving CC info upfront to pay for room and when they arrive, Simply and uncaringly told... oh.... there isn't a room available. No good explanation, no apology just that they were overbooked and happens often. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

NOTHING!! I made a reservation the week before my stay. Disclosed I had 2 dogs (were there for a dog show at the Cabarras Event center). The hotel called me the day before to make sure I was coming. I answered Yes Absolutely! Don't give my room away! There was no mention of any problem. I showed up on Friday 7/17/26 around 4:30 pm. You can't check in til after 3pm. Prior, I had gone to the event center, set up my crates for the event and left my dogs there where it was cool. That way I could check in and get my stuff to the room, so dogs wouldn't be left in the scorching sun while I did that. I was told they needed to see my dogs 1st. This would be putting my dogs at risk, but I told them how long it would take to go back to the event center to retrieve them, When I returned....I was told they had no rooms left!!! THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY!!! They still have my $100 reservation and have not returned it. I may have to call my bank and declare it as fraud. If that happens, they won't be able to ever accept payment from my banking instution as it will be tagged as a fraud.

The elevator smelled like it had pee in it. The bedroom smelled like mold, to the point that it almost burned your nose and throat to breathe it in. There was hair in the bathroom. We had to have a rollout cot and they had no pillows in the entire place so we had to go to Walmart and buy a pillow. It was only $100 for one night stay so I guess you get what you pay for. The front desk did try their best to accommodate me. She was very nice. The hotel was just not maintained and clean properly.

All went well. Water's very slow draining out of the sink and there wasn't an iron for ironing. They accommodated this one later on the next day. CBS I.

Housekeeping was a bit dismal in the room. There was paper toweling in the toilet, a lady's razor on the bathroom floor, hairs, and what appeared to be an uncleaned bathtub inside and the front of it. One hand towel had some stains on it.

Nothing never got to stay My card was charged after 12 knowing I wasn't able to check in at that time

When I arrived, I was told at the desk that my two queen bedroom had been downgraded to a one queen bedroom for three guests. The property told me that they had no contact information for me to advise . finally after a lot of back-and-forth with Expedia and the property, I get to the room and the room stinks., The floor is dirty, There’s hair all over the tub and floor in the bathroom and the towels look like they were barely washed. Do not believe anything that you read on here as far as positive reviews for this property. It is dirty and nasty. It stinks and the front desk person was very reluctant to help me even though the issue was caused by them. There’s absolutely no way in this day and age that someone could not have contacted Expedia to get in contact with me about changes to the room so that I could then find other accommodations. now I am waiting on management to contact me to try to get some type of compensation for my troubles. they tried to offer a twin sized rollout bed but with no pillows and also there was a huge roach found in another room that nothing was done about other than hand them some cleaning spray to “stun” (as they put it) the roach . Worst stay ever!

This property is in a suburb of Charlotte. Everything you could want in regard to retail, recreation, dining and socialization is within a reasonable drive. Despite a small hiccup at check-in I would consider staying here again.

Clean room with kitchenette and no foul smell.
