WoodSpring Suites Concord-Charlotte Speedway

Only stayed 1 night but it was very pleasant

Went to a concert in Charlotte and just needed a room for one night. Room looked clean upon check in although the floor was really sticky. We changed clothes and went straight to the concert. After the show when we returned to go to bed and I turned down the bed and a stench of nasty body odor came from the sheets. I had to go to the lobby and call on the phone at like midnight to ask for clean sheets. Called three times before any one answered. There were some people in the lobby playing cards. The girl did bring me some clean sheets, so I did get to sleep but I will never stay here again. The hallways stunk and lots of people hanging around outside the building and near stairwells. Very sketchy! Picture is of trash in the elevator.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good. we had a nice stay with the exception of the dog that like to bark that was next door to us.

Pleasant

Had a great stay. It was so clean and comfortable.

There was no breakfast The floors in the room were dirty. White socks turned black pretty quickly. The shower drain was full of grime and hair. There was a very strong bad odor on the main floor. I've never slept in a more uncomfortable bed.

The hotel was not the cleanest however the Manager Amber was amazing with accommodations as well as expedia

Exceptional

Unfortunately, my experience overnight was very disappointing. Around 4:00 AM, the guests in the room next to mine started what sounded like a party with loud music. I called the front desk to report the noise, and while they took my complaint, I didn't notice any action being taken to resolve the situation. The loud music continued for more than two hours. By around 6:30 AM, after being unable to rest, I finally decided to pack my things and leave the hotel earlier than planned. It's unfortunate because everything else about the stay was perfectly fine, but being able to sleep and rest is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. I would have expected the staff to address a noise complaint like this, especially at 4:00 AM.

Attendant at Front desk was very polite and helpful. Very respectful and informative. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel, has an eery vibe, extremely uncomfortable beds, if you ask for anything such as towels or extra pillows they told us no that we would have to wait for the next day to "only call them for emergencies", dirty room bathroom and shower had hair every where, the only thing provided in the bathroom was a half empty hotel size shampoo bottle, no body wash no conditioner. Only two pillows provided on the bed that are thin as paper. Didn't like this place at alllll especially for the price, I would pay maybe $60 to stay here

The room was clean and efficiency kitchen nice. The gym was adequate to get a post-drive workout in. The staff was helpful to provide a hair-dryer to use as the rooms don't have them.

We booked for one night in town for a concert. The room was very basic and the hotel itself doesn’t have any amenities. There were very shady characters hanging out in the lobby as well as outside the hotel at all hours of the day and night. The entire place smells like weed and mildew. Very disappointed.

The place smelled like cigarettes and trash. The staff on the desk was rude. We were early and wanted to just use a restroom and the staff said the restroom is for employees only. Which is not true, once we checked in we found there was no signage that said that. Secondly, so many rules, like no staff after 8pm. It is cheap for a reason, take your money somewhere else. We had planned to stay for a night for a layover, we moved out in 3 hours because the smell was unbearable and place didn't feel safe.

Most of the staff was amazing only one with negative attitude for after hours issue Requested ada room and was given regular 1st floor room
