A localização é fantástica, quase que de frente do hotel tem um ponto de ônibus e é próximo das estações Higienópolis e Paulista. O quarto isola bem o barulho de fora, a cama é confortável, lençóis macios e limpos. O banheiro é limpo e possui sabão líquido para banho. A limpeza dos quartos e manutenção em luminárias.

The location, the staff and the price. The room is not soundproof. Slamming of the doors from other rooms are heard loudly overnight. No signs that remind sleeping time and noise control during sleeping time. AND STOP ADDING AND ADDING BUNOS QUESTIONS. THEY ARE NOT BUNOS IF THEY ARE ANNOYING.

Perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the city centre. There are restaurants near here. The room was clean. Shower had good water pressure. Minimal noise. We booked a double room with a private bathroom. Our room had a tiny window, but we knew to expect it as it is a budget hotel.

It was clean and modern Towels, blanket, soap, and breakfast not included, but perhaps things are run differently here in Brasil.

Staff, location, value for money. Size of the room and air conditioning right on the bed.

Reception during morning time. They were awful.

As the name suggests, it's a capsule hotel, so expect very small rooms, but I really have no complaints.

The only downside was the coffee cups are just little styrofoam cups about the size of a shot glass which is not sufficient for morning coffee. Also the coffee maker didn't have the right connection to plug in so you needed to have your own converter plug which luckily we did have so it was fine.

Smells nice and is close to downtown. The lower price is not worth it. Towels are an additional fee, the common area for working is literally just a coffee table, there is no breakfast or water, or fridge. And as you already know, it's SUPER cramped. If the price saving was just for less space I'd understand, but you are also deprived of even the minimum that you'd expect from a hotel and the saving is not worth it. Would be more accurate to call it an aesthetically pleasing hostel.
