Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. You can NEVER go wrong with Best Western! Everything was as good as gold.

A/C worked wonderfully The tv remote would not change channels. The manager came and showed me it was behind the tv, you had to pull it out some where the remote could make a connection.

Location was great! Staff was friendly! Shower head wouldn't change setting and felt like it was stinging your skin. Breakfast was not anything special and the waffle maker didn't cook our waffle all the way thru, part tasted slimy.

Old rooms and was given a room that wreaked of smoke, got new room that was better but still smelled. Then the tv didn’t work. Staff came back 3 times before setting up a new box. Staff was friendly enough but hotel outdated and smelly.

Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable and everything looked nice. I’ve had some not great experiences in the past the best westerns but this one was really nice, nice breakfast, friendly Front Desk personnel. Great experience

Clean room , staff was very nice ! We left my grandson table there the was honest and turn it into the front desk! And we got it back! I greatly appreciate it!! Thank you very much!!
