Horrible NEVER again the general manner is so rude. He wasn’t attending to the staff right in front of him but assisted with the people on the phone instead of the people that is there.

The location was excellent. Facilities were clean and tidy. Room was comfortable and spacious. Nice shower with power and hot water. TV was big and had watchable channels. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Always had a warm smile. Breakfast was decent. Nice sized microwave, dishwasher and full sized kitchen. Dining ware along with glasses and cutlery were available. Not enough staff. Room was never cleaned during our 5 day stay even though the sign said housekeeping every other day. Had to call for and get bath towels, toilet tissues and paper towels from front desk as there was no one available to bring to the room. Pool didn’t open until 10am.

It was a brand new facility so nothing was outta place. It was just a long drive from Atlanta but that didn’t make me feel different about the quality of the hotel. Very friendly staff, and will recommend and stay here again N/A

The best thing about this hotel the staff. That’s really saying a lot because the room, amenities, and location are great. I will definitely be staying here again.

Not receiving my whole refund after I canceled this reservation

My room was changed to 1king bed.I was notified on the morning of July 3. I canceled the reservation. I was told bc I booked with Expedia a 3rd party they were over booked. After 4 hours searching another hotel, finally, I called and canceled with home suite 2. They still charged me $525. However, they refunded $341. I told them I wanted my whole refund. They said no I had to pay for non cancelation fee. I called them to cancel after I found another hotel. They refused to give me my whole refund Not receiving my whole refund after I canceled this reservation
